Le Macaron French Pastries Winter Park

I was going to go u til i read the unprofessional response from their complaint. Advising hair in food “happens” and even saying “if” as if there was not a clear picture of the hair in the macaroon???
However as a business you respond with class , and that was classless and unprofessional on their part so i too, will be choosing another place for macaroons.

I go often to this location. Workers are very rude but food is okay. I went during their hours recently this week and they were closed 3 hours early.

Very limited when it comes to communication. Front gentleman speaks little English, which is okay, however it becomes a grave problem when you come off extremely condescending and rude in someone else’s tongue based off minute misunderstandings. Something I’ve never had to deal with in other restaurants where the host speak little English. Came back in later and he gave us extra Macaroons for the earlier mishap. I was appreciative. However, as soon as I open the box I find a HAIR IN THE FOOD. I’m not a white haired or blonde by the way, front man is though! The rest you can guess from here, please spend your hard earned money and energy elsewhere. Have a good day.

Very small hidden gem. The colombian coffee macron is my favorite. They also have ice cream, chocolate and macrons. A bit pricey.

My daughter and I stopped into Le Macaron today to choose some desserts for her birthday. The shop is clean and cheerful, and the gentleman behind the counter was attentive and helpful. We chose a box of macarons, and a small bag of meringues. After we finished our purchase, I handed the bag to my daughter with a "Happy Birthday!" The gentleman stopped us, wished her a Happy Birthday, and gifted her a small chocolate to celebrate. It was so very kind of him, and she's been talking about it ever since. You really made her day, and we'll we celebrating her tonight with the delicious sweets we purchased. Merci beaucoup!! 10/10 will visit again.

Docking 2 points on service. I want to take another star away, but I have had good experiences in the past.Their menu says coffee on it. I ordered a standard coffee and received an espresso. That is not a coffee and she had the nerve to argue with me! My husband ordered an iced coffee and received a hot coffee. When I asked for a refund she would not give me one. I had to find a substitute drink. Same for my husband. He had a couple sips but what she made wasn’t good.Macrons were fine as always. I am not coming back due to the service being that bad. Also, the girl refused to give the bathroom code as well. Such a shame because it was a good place to go at one point. I walked by the area where that store is and just remember how bad my last experience was. You shouldn’t offer drinks other than bottles and cans until you have a trained barista. Especially if you leave her by herself.

A great spot to stop for espresso! A very cute shop tucked away off of Park Ave. Enjoy the air conditioning and the beautiful fish on the way to the shop. The macaroons look delicious, and the customer service is outstanding! Next time I will try the gelato!There are also public restrooms right around the corner from the shop!

Absolutely amazing peach tea. I have had plenty in my lifetime I always order peach when I have the chance to with any type of drink. Though some of my favorites are boba tea it is always to sugary for my palate till I took a sip of this drink not sugary but the after taste of fine peaches on a fresh sunny afternoon best tea of my life!!!

Had the Almond Macaron gelato and loved it! If you enjoy almond/amaretto gelato then you'll enjoy this flavor, and then topped with macaroni crumbles for added texture! I wish there was a place like this by me.

Cute place, unfortunately not very well organized with a man behind the counter who spent 10 minutes ignoring a line out the door to talk to a woman over the register. The gelato is not bad but in small portions, my drink order was taken wrong and I ended up getting a lavender tea that honestly tasted like water. The macarons are good, I'll give them that.
