Always have excuses for everything, no such thing as hot and ready here. Been 3 times and everyone is on their phones, every time they say 20 minutes wait because nothing is ready or has been done, very last time I went it was cash only for some reason.

Deleted my old review from years ago, but it’s still the same raw doughy pizza that’s not even worth risking getting sick over. If I have to re-bake the pizza in my own oven, it’s not a great sign.

It was nice to see the team on duty work smoothly with each other to have pizzas ready and going for the next order! The gentleman who helped us tonight was a gem!

Workers are unprofessional and rude. Some works had on sandals and appeared to not want to be there.

Guy at the register didn’t have no good customer service at all! He didn’t even look like he wanted to be there, I specifically asked him to put cheese on the crust and add buffalo ranch how could he have forgotten so fast? Every time i go there there’s always an issue it’s ridiculous

I ordered lunch thru their online website. It indicated order was going to be ready by 12:05pm. It was not ready until 12:19pm. As I have a 30 mins lunch break I asked what was the estimated waiting time. She said 5 mjns. and her demeanor changed and she began pacing around and talking to the other lady with no sense of urgency and not a single care in the world. Then she started packing up other orders. I expressed respectfully my sense of urgency and how the application indicated the ready time and this taking this long. She literally had my order in her hands and would not give it to me because she needed to put it in the box indicating that dashers were required pick it up from the box. (I’m no dasher) just a regular customer that ordered online. She was asking for a code and the code had not yet come thru. I asked her to guide me and she was in a complete senseless demeanor. I refreshed my email and literally had to put the code in so that she can hand me my food. THIS IS THE REASON WHY WE ARE BEING REPLACED BY ROBOTS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. The lack of common sense of these individuals got me DUMBFOUNDED. I will never again!

They can't seem to make pizza to have for sale lol

Fire them both they both are slow as hell!! No way I should wait 20 minutes for an order that should have been ready when I arrived
