Was looking forward to an authentic Philly cheesesteak. My brothers stopped by to pick up sandwiches. They surprised me with a cheesesteak. My first bite — all meat, although the seasoning was fine, where was the cheese? I took a second bite. Still no evidence of cheese. I asked what kind of sandwich I was given. A cheesesteak!
