Mix up with pizza but was given good customer service to satisfy
We ordered one cheese pizza and one all meat pizza. We have some vegetarians in our group. I picked up the pizza and it wasnât until I got home that I noticed both of them had meat on them. When I called to get it fixed, there wasnât even the slightest apology. Instead, IVAN was rude and told me itâs âstore policyâ that I have to bring the wrong pizza back before theyâll make the correct one. So their solution to their mistake was for me to waste more time (15 mins each way) and make another trip just to hand back food we couldnât eat in the first place. Seriously? I already waited for the food, and now Iâm supposed to make another trip. Zero customer service, zero accountability. I wonât be ordering here again.

Actually less than a half star. The cashier messed up and it takes 1 -3 business days to get the money back which in today's technology is stupid. Now I know why I haven't had the pizza in a while. Do better Marco's. Especially for that price.
