Avoid this location like the plague. This is the only Marco’s that continuously messes up my order on multiple occasions. And not only did they mess up my order and not cut my pizza properly this time; the manager then has the audacity when I call back in the next day to say “It’s a minor inconvenience so I will not issue you a refund.” So me not being able to eat my pizza I just ordered for while I work uber is a “minor inconvenience” to u? I used to work 2 years for Marco’s in Apopka and your managements customer service needs to be worked on if not out right fired.

Super glad we decided to order pizza for our wedding after party! What a comedy of errors. According to the guy I talked to at the store, they got super busy ($2000 of sales, I guess!) and - whoopsie whoopsie - they gave our order to the wrong person! No stress, just remake the order and give it to the delivery driver to bring out to us, right? NOPE! They just sat around, hoping I wouldn't call and ask where our order was, I guess. They told the delivery driver they were going to remake the order, but when I called - 15 minutes after they had told the driver that - they still hadn't remade the order. At that point, they were a few minutes away from closing, and the guy at the store seemed almost shocked that I asked if they were planning to remake the order that they gave to the wrong people...
Absolutely pathetic service.
