I understand that the store was busy, but the pizza that was given to my husband was unacceptable. It was the worst pizza I have ever received from Marcos. I called to let them know how disappointing that was. The worker proceeded to tell me that what I got was not what they make. The manager Keya said I had to bring it back to get another pizza made. It makes no sense for me to come back out of my home for a pizza that, her staff messed up. That's not how you keep customers coming back. I will also be adding pictures of how the pizza looked. Tell me what you think.

I call at work to make my other I drive 20 minutes When I get there they ask me for name and I pay Them and they never call me for my food in the food was ready I wait for 1h until they decide to give me my food and 3 person asks me for my name I said to them but they never give me my food.

Keya, the manager, has been incredibly gracious and polite. Every time I call to order pizza for the organization I work for, she is more than willing to help and accommodate our orders. It can be extremely challenging to stay within budget while ordering pizza for staff and students, but Keya ensures that we can afford everything we need to feed everyone. I would definitely recommend Keya and Marco's to friends, family, and colleagues.

No bbq sauce as a sauce option.. no real Hawaiian pizza..Would’ve paid extra but if you’re just gonna tell me it’s not possible even though I used to work at Marcos then I’ll eat elsewhere. I’d give zero stars if possible. Not an issue with this franchise but apparently with the company as a whole if they don’t offer bbq sauce on a Hawaiian.
It's just ok...I have ordered here a couple of times since the new management, and it's just not the same. If I ask for garlic sauce crust and/or parmesan cheese, that's what I expect. The last two times I've been here, I've gotten neither, and it changes the taste of the pizza. If it's no longer available at this location, it should be taken off as an option to order.
