Food was great the only issue was lack of service. Waited 30 minutes just to be asked for our drinks

Amazing! We are visiting but definitely wish there was one at home because we would be regulars. The salmon tar tar was so fresh and creamy and an awesome portion. The ceviche was made with good quality fish. We tried the gator ceviche, it was interesting, my husband and I didn't care for the actual gator but our young kids loved it. The live music on Saturday night by Paola was ‘chefs kiss' so good. Definitely a great a date night spot, we didn't realize and brought our kids but it turned out great. Staff was friendly and helpful :)

There were a lot of items not available to order to an already minimal menu. Food was good, cannot complain on that aspect. Service was excellent. Vibe was chill and it was nice to sit outdoors on a perfect weather evening in January.

Food was very good but half of the dessert choices were not available. It was a Friday but early evening . I asked for an old fashioned and was told only choices of drinks were the ones listed. Most were made with Pisco. Got a passion fruit mojito made with rum. It was OK.

Terrific meal and service from Maria! We all loved our meals. We dined al fresco and wished there were less noise from Burger Fi next door, but we can choose to dine inside next time.

We enjoy tue experience of dining here. We each had a different entree which we enjoyed. We will definitely return to try the other cuisine on the menu.

Beautiful open dining room with comfortable seating, delicious food with filling portion size and a friendly and helpful staff.

All 4 of us enjoyed every item we ordered, from the appetizers (elixir and salad), main dishes (2 ceviches, salmon, steak), and wine (organic Merlot from Argentina). The surprise dessert to honor the birthdays at our table was also superb. Service was excellent and the ambiance was delightful. We plan on going back as often as we can.

Great experience for dinner. A menu that isn't the mundane usual Orlando fare. A real out of country Peruvian experience! Definitely recommend!

My understanding is that the place has now a new ownership. As a result, the menu changed. It is no longer the place for Peruvian ceviche. In fact, the choices for ceviche on the menu are scant, very limited and they no longer have the attractive variety of ceviches. Actually, there are only two choices for ceviche. Very regretful. Doubt I will go back.

I loved it here ! The customer service was phenomenal. I felt like I was really getting taken care of. The food here is amazing. If I could go there everyday I would! Definitely coming back

Excellent experience at Cevi'ch Central. Food was outstanding. I highly recommend trying it you won't be disappointed.
