We came in for a birthday lunch, and also brought cake to sing happy birthday, we asked the server how much it would be to have the cake at the restaurant and he mentioned it would be $10, and we agreed to pay. Because there was still 2 tables inside and we didn’t want to cause a fuss, we went outside to sing happy birthday real quick and take some pictures with a little happy birthday sign we set up. The blonde owner comes by in her car and starts yelling at us telling us this isn’t a place for parties and we need to rent out the restaurant. She also started yelling at us about a closed bottle of wine that was gifted. IT WAS CLOSED! I don’t know if she was overwhelmed with the amount of people we had but she a going on a rampage about the little decoration we set up for the photos and honestly, the way she was approaching us was very unprofessional. Once she said it the first time, we tried our best to take down the decorations quickly, and she proceeded to attack us with her madness. Her vibe does not match the restaurants vibe😂 but the servers were amazing and patient! Props to them.

I stopped by today for coffee with my daughter who is allergic to milk. I ordered her a $10 coffee with oat milk and they put regular milk in it. My daughter immediately noticed. When I told the owner the waitress said she forgot. No apologies from the waitress, no comping the coffee. This type of mistake could really cause serious harm or kill someone. She didn't even offer me sugar for my coffee. This was not my first visit here but it will be my last.

Dietary restrictions: Do not go. They do not pay attention to what they serve you.

BUT, sadly, there was a surprise "18% surcharge" for the outdoor music (I had left a 20% tip).

That's not a way to encourage repeat customers.

Unfortunately, the meal we received was far from satisfactory. We ordered a chicken tacos, which was mushy and seemed to have been air-fried. After just a few bites, it was clear that the dish did not meet our expectations.

When we communicated our dissatisfaction to our server, we were met with an alarming response. Rather than addressing our concerns in a professional manner, the situation escalated quickly, leading to threats of involving the police simply because we did not want to pay for a meal we could not eat. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, which should never happen in a dining establishment.

As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect quality food and respectful service. Sadly, we felt neither during our visit. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend your restaurant to others and will be sharing our experience with friends and family.

IT'S FRUSTRATING WHEN A MEAL DOES NOT MEET EXPECTATION. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT SEEMS IT WAS PREPARED IN A WAY YOU DIDNT NOT EXPECT. NO ONE SHOULD FEEL UNSAFE AND BE PRESSURED TO PAY FOR A MEAL THEY DID NOT ENJOY NOR CONSUME.
THE SITUATION ESCALATED TO THREATS AND DISCOMFORT AND IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

This was a great place to go for an easy lunch. It’s decorated nicely, the staff were great, and the food was very good. I put 4 stars only because I wish my Cuban sandwich was pressed more. But other than that everything was very good. My husband had the chorizo breakfast tacos. They are messy but well worth it. They had great flavor.

Parking: If their parking lot is full you can park in the large parking lot behind the building

Husband and I stopped by today just around 3:40pm to get coffee from here for the first time. The lady who took our order made us feel rushed. She was on a call in her ear the whole time we were there. I ordered a hot latte, which she didn’t pay attention to and started making a cold one for me. We had to remind her that I had ordered a hot latte. Overall, customer service received today was terrible, I cannot understand how she could be on what seemed like a personal call while taking and making our order. Definitely not going back here.

Came here to try something new for the new year in hopes of finally getting something positive since my new year start was disappointing however I came to find myself yet again very disappointed. Looks could be very deceiving. not to mention the big fight in front of us with the other costumers arguing about the same thing( the food being terrible) yes the food looks pretty in picture and person but the taste was horrible so much grease in a taco but how? And why?! And I feel really bad for the owner to deal with the angry customers and the servers as well but the woman in front of us ranting about getting her money back… I could also understand her not wanting to pay full price at this point. I came to find myself with a horrible stomach ache since yesterday and still hurting follow by bathroom trips non stop, I really wanted to give this place a chance but never will I come back again. that’s not how you make a chorizo taco so much grease and to top off they fry it over more grease layers of cheese inside and out?!? give me a chance y yo les enseño como se hace un taco de chorizo (im a cook) anyways there’s still a chance to make it right and you can start by changing the way things are being cooked in that little kitchen. The recipe and the cooks.. Best of luck to you guys.

We had a terrible experience and the owner is very unprofessional and started videotaping us. We ordered the chicken fried tacos, which came air fried. It had a mushy consistency with no flavor. We were told since we ate some of one of the tacos, we had to pay for it. The Owner came to the table and never asked us why or what she could do to assist. She just came videotaping and said she was contacting the police. We paid for everything and the owner continued to video tape us and followed us outside. I would never go there again and highly recommended that anyone thinking of trying to stay away. Nothing too great about the food, but most of all the service was the worst ever.

im so sorry but the food was absolutely horrible the place was super cute but the food was horrible brought my daughter here for a a little birthday lunch because she likes art and i wanted it to be awesome the kids menu nuggets were soggy and the mac and cheese was ice cold my sandwich was decent but the pork had a weird taste to it i got maybe about 12 fries with my meal considering the 13$ price for the meal im usually never this disappointed in a place but honestly really a let down i had to buy my daughter something else afterwards. also the service was absolutely underwhelming my waitress never really showed any attention and i had to wait for forever for her to come with the check please eat somewhere else

not going to lie i didn't have the courage to speak up and let you guys know i wasn’t satisfied and thats my fault my daughter also didn't mention anything either until we got in the car cause unfortunately everything was not eaten and no need for me to email and let you know what you could do better as I've mentioned it here in this review…. will not be returning after the response given

The decor is so full of life! The food was very good but it’s not much for the price. In my opinion is better for a lunch spot, or definitely order an appetizer or double plates to get full for dinner. All in all a very nice restaurant.

Strangest mixed review. Overall, the food was tasty and I love the vibe of this place. We were unsure how to order/if we sat ourselves, etc. Service was slow at first and they weren't really busy at all. Once our order was in, food came out very fast.

The food was great! Only complaint is that we ordered the nachos and must have gotten the "bottom of the bag" chips, because about 70% of the nachos were teeny tiny pieces that we could only really eat with a fork... and that's not really what you want for nachos.

While the food is delicious and the atmosphere cozy, the menu does not list all major ingredients of the dishes. I don't expect the menu to list the preservatives in the tortillas or what not, but I do expect major ingredients present all throughout the dish to be listed. Like the cheese melted onto (and into) their tacos. If you have a dairy allergy (or just plain ol' lactose intolerance) and order their tacos based on the menu description (which does not mention any sort of cheese), you will be unpleasantly surprised, and the café's stance will be "well, you should have told us" and your remedy for ordering $15+ of food you can't have is "we'll be sure to tell our manager about the sale".

Such a wonderful find!! Went for breakfast with a friend, everything was hot, delicious and so nicely served. The inside of this place is so beautiful and whimsical, small and cozy, no big chain vibe here.. I love it, can't wait to go back! Stop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner... Great service!!
