Why would you ask someone to pull up when all they ordered was an iced coffee and some fries? I had to watch the seven people, who pulled up after me get their food. Finally after ten minutes I went in and they said "sorry" they forgot. AVOID this location.

Order 2 and 7 got one fry which was cold and 1 drink was a diet horrible. And the service was horrible at second window need remove that girl she had no customers service skill.Ask for hot fries and was told 10 minutes which is a lie don't take that long and manager was total clueless about her job cause ask why you always get cold fries and nasty food.So the one who new his job was the at the front window make him a manager.

Wow, ordered a Big Mac on my way to my office for a quick lunch and the photos speak for themselves. I got no burger or anything at all on the top half of the sandwich, just the bottom half was done. There are two buns together, empty. This was not just a mistake because there is no way to lay a bun on top and not see it empty. I wish I could give zero stars. Never going back again.

Strike the word “fast”from your vocabulary when coming to this restaurant. Also forget about service and inconvenience. Make sure you plan to wait 20 minutes for a big Mac meal in the drive-through and expect that your order will be wrong. Also, don’t expect service with a smile.

11/30/24 - 1st visit to this store in a very long time as it's outside our usual travel area. Saw they had McRibs, so we stored to get a couple of meals. The sandwiches were great, but they had to remake the fries because the first order was cold. The store didn't have a lot of traffic, so it didn't surprise me that the fries in the first order were old - they should have tossed them rather than serving.

This was probably the cleanest McDonald's. I have ever been in, however they had no employees working the front registers. I did order on the kiosk. There were no kiosk tents to take your number to your table. They were very much more interested in taking care of the drive through customers. Than the eating customers and we were there at lunchtime. And there was a line of about 4 to 5 men working waiting to order at the counter. I did the kiosk. They did not, so it was kind of a cluster and then after we ate our meals. I ordered 2 oreo mcflurryes. And. We probably waited 20 minutes for the oreo.Mcflurry's, and there was nobody else in the restaurant.So they were doing all drive through and not doing ours.So I don't think we will ever go back to that mcdonald's

Then the manager who bagged t looking all stupid in the face like I’m wrong and rushing you out the while doing so. Then forget y sauce for all 5 of my meals.
