The burgers were extremely salty. We asked for extra onions and the burgers had no onions. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and they sent hot mustard sauce. Total disaster of an order.

This McDonald's is terrible about timing. They always take the longest time. The food isn't always fresh. It'll be completely slow and they still make you park at the curbside pickup. They don't know what they're doing here.

It’s currently 2am and after having a bad day i decided to go to McDonald’s. Originally I went to the one on SR - 436, ordered online but when I got there I was completely ignored at the drive thru. So I went to this location and had a completely different experience. I spoke with T or tynique and she was an absolute blessing. She fixed there mistake for me and i truly am grateful for her. She gave me the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Something as small as my McChicken definitely made my day better. Thank you T

I ordered food through door dash. Waited more than an hour due to McDonalds staff giving my order to someone else. Then they refused to re make it when it was their mistake. They left me and my family waiting, hungry and the door dash driver wasted their time and did not get fully paid due to McDonalds giving food to the wrong person. Very disappointed and I will never order from this McDonald again even if it’s the closest!
