I don't understand why McDonald's likes to keep wasting food. No matter which location I go to, the first thing it says is NO AMERICAN CHEESE!! WHY DO THEY INSIST ON MAKING IT TWICE?? ? The second one they made to order but it was completely saturated in grease. It was as if they scrapped all the grease off of the stovetop and put it on my burger. McDonald's, please pull up the video as I was in your restaurant when I squeezed enough grease to fill up a half inch of the box it came in. The buns were completely inedible, unless you wanted to clog an artery immediately. They had to issue me a refund. They also tried serving me cold and soggy fries. Two double quarter pounders and 2 fries all at a loss. Please let me know why you guys like to mess up my order every time.

This specific McDonald's was horrible, I made a order for a mc double and the order was wrong.I tried order the meal plain but it don't go through on the self order screen. I informed the manager if they could make it plain since there was a mistake And the response was uncaring, she said she could not do anything. For me to throw it out and make a new purchase because they were not gona fix it or do anything to help. So I did just that threw out the entire upper have a the burger and left. I won't be eating at this location again.

I work with Uber Eats and whenever I go at night to pick up an order from this place, they tell me that they don't have it in the system. It is impossible for it to always be like this, and it cannot always be an error in the Uber app. For me a very bad experience with this restaurant.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited extremely long in the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Woman at the window was busy FaceTiming someone while she handed us our recipe. The person that handed us food was extremely rude. Food was cold, drink was watered down with melted ice. Tried to go inside to complain to manager but the doors were locked despite it being during open hours. Will never return to this location.
