This McDonalds is an ok establishment. However, the manager with short locs is terrible. She never has the spirit of helpfulness. Seems as if she’s mad with the world and argumentative. I’m pretty sure there was a good and legitimate reason why she was moved to management and not because she has been there for years. I pray she finds and get her joy back to serve her guest and community.

March 17, 2025 at 1:10 I went to buy some fries and asked for them unsalted and freshly heated. The clerk at the window handed me some that were burnt, hard, and salty. I asked for an exchange, but she said no, ignored me, turned around, and left. Horrible treatment.

They had horrible customer service. They gave us a half full large fry and forgot the drinks. When I went in the restaurant and they didn't acknowledge me. It took over 5 minutes to get the drinks and then they finally said do I want to get them on my own which I replied yes. The food was not prepared right and was bland. It was the Worse experience I have had at a McDonald's.

They messed up a simple order pretty badly. I asked if everything was in the bag and went through the order with the woman at the window. I was told “yes, it’s all there”, got home and was missing one item and another was wrong. When I went back to have it put right, not only did I get no apologies for the careless mistake, I got attitude like I was inconveniencing them by asking for what I paid for. Bad experience that reminds me why I infrequently go here.

The boy at the window is too busy watching videos on his phone. The service here is always terrible and half the time they are out of drinks. The last few months it's been card only and are extremely rude and slow.

My standards are never high for any McDonalds but this one has been Consistently horrible for the last year and change that I moved to the area. Half the time they are closed, out of everything or the food is cold and poorly made. Today I got a McFlurry . No spoons. Used a fork. Cool. But thenMy french fries were brick cold and my burger was splattered with ketchup. Disguisting. Whoever owns this trash restaurant does not care about the community it serves.
