I order a hamburger and it was so dry that I through it away. It was 6pm and I think it was left over from lunch. Rude service

This was honestly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. I placed a mobile order and sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. (when i arrived no one was in front of me nor behind me ) When someone finally came on, they started taking another customer’s order even though I was there first.
I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was “busy taking orders in the back.” I then had to drive around again because they couldn’t process my mobile code at the window. When I asked for the manager a second time, he ignored me and continued taking other customers’ orders instead.
This happened Friday night, December 26, around 11 PM. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating.

Worst service imaginable, this location needs a new management team cause employees should not be trained to act this poorly. Feels like we’re inconveniencing them by placing an order, treated with such attitude and unprofessional behavior. Corporate do better.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a 10 nugget meal, and 2 apple pies. Get to the window and was told they don’t have apple pies so the employee asked if we wanted Holiday pies instead. We asked what flavor they were and the employee was unable to answer. Fine. We accept the pies and go to eat them and they are rock hard and completely dried out. It’s 9:20PM and the time stamp says please enjoy by 4:33PM. They gave us pies that were sitting for 5 hours. I’ve had a lot of bad McD’s experiences but this has to be the worst by far. If these pies were sitting for 5 hours what else has been sitting for an extended time frame? I don’t even want to think about it.

nuggets in a bag, are we serious. i’m also missing nuggets, my food is ice cold and i wasn’t given any sauce when i ordered them. literally the only correct and edible part of my order was my dr pepper and you couldn’t screw that up if you tried.

Dont go to this mcdonalds, ive gone several times with multiple 30+ minute waits in the drive through when it wasnt even busy. No ones every at the speaker and ive had to cancel and get a refund twice now because crew said they were not staffed. Horrible mcdonalds location

Placed an Uber order here on Dec 14th, our driver said the restaurant employee said there was no order and was just playing on his phone. I called the restaurant several times with no answer. It’s difficult to cancel an order on Uber without either the customer or driver being penalized. When it’s a restaurant issue Uber requests the restaurant cancel. We’ve been trying to cancel the order for the last hour and Uber keeps reassigning drivers. I wish I could say this is the first time we’ve had issues with this location but we’ve had several. Will not be back and do not recommend!

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. Went through the drive-thru around 10pm when the restaurant was empty. After receiving my order, the window was immediately closed. When I checked the bag, a third of my items were missing. I tried getting the employee’s attention through the window but got no response.

I went inside to politely resolve the issue, only to find multiple staff members on their phones who treated me like I was bothering them for simply asking for the food I paid for. There was no rush - the place was completely empty.

I understand everyone has off days, but basic customer service and order accuracy should be the bare minimum, especially when it’s not busy. I won’t be returning to this location.

The girl at the front need her own show. I spend 30 mins in the lobby. Enjoying the entertainment. She was extra rude to every customer that walked in. She said they kept interrupting her phone time.😂

I work early and every time I come through there between 4:45 AM and 5 AM they are closed. This is a 24 hour location other times I’ve come through during the day and the food is just not fresh.

Don’t do uber after midnight here you gonna wait a lot of time in the line so they can tell u after u waited 1 hour for the order that they don’t have it, and saw how a costumer got yelled at by the employes
