There was no sign on the drive thru that they don't have (or don't carry) the Hershey's McFlurry. I was informed AFTER I paid. I wanted it back on my card which I had to request instead of given customer service. I never had poor customer service at a McDonald's before

They have the worst fries ever! I asked the prices of a few items. They ordered everything I asked about instead of just the two meals. The manager came out to correct the order. But, I still ended up being charged for two desserts that I did not order. The clerk was rude, the sandwiches were tolerable, but the fries were just horrible! They were soggy with the taste of real old grease! 🤢 I had to go to another McDonald's to get good fries to go with what I had been given.

Chance the manager is the best. He definitely needs to be promoted. He know it’s all about customer service, There was an issue with an order I had without hesitation or argument. He fixed the problem instantly with a smile I wish more McDonald’s managers were like him. Thank you so much chance.
Garbage service, just went for two ice creams and the cups weren’t even full, Mike the drive thru guy doesn’t has manners and the manager is not even useful, they could fix the problem and they took forever

DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER FROM HERE AFTER 9pm. There are only two people working at night and it takes at least 15 minutes, usually much more to get your food. Delivery driver ALWAYS give up and cancel your order. If you go yourself you will wait forever. Genuinely the worst McDonald’s in the Orlando area.
