came here at night time during peak dinner time and I was so pleased to see finally a McDonald’s that the workers are actually trying to be fast and are so kind. Unlike the majority of others McDonald’s locations for employees Dilly Dally on do not care.

Stopped by on my way back from picking up the baby's from school to get them spme happy meals. After making my order when i proceed to the window to make my payment i was told by the cashier that he could no accept my hundred dollar bill because alot of people were paying with fake money lately so that they could not take hundred dollar bills anymore in which o proceed to ask to speak to a manager ANGLELISA i explain to her what the cahier told me and she said that it was policy that she was not allowed to take hundreds.. with out even checking the bill at all.. i felt annoyed and frustrated being denied service and was not able to get the happy meals for my kids because thats all i had at hand she did not offer any other solution she just denied service i had to drive out of my way to another McDonald's for my kids happy meals because they were crying after being able to get them at this establishment.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This Mc Donalds is the absolute worst. Every single time I come here there is something wrong. I have given this location so many tries and they continue to let me down. Do yourself a favor drive down to the Aloma one and buy from them. Today's issues was that they didn't have enough money to break a $50.00 They never said we do not accept $50 bills but they said they didn't have enough change or even in their safe. Issues in the past, drive through wait times have always been 30 minutes and they make you pull over to a parking spot to waive for your order. That has happened about 4xs!!! No lie. Previous issues, my fries were burn and hard. I asked for fresh fries they gave me an attitude about getting new fries because those were hard. I had 3 different fries orders. They only came out with 1 fry order supposedly newly made bit still looked burned..... I guess it's time to change the oil because my fries were horrible. I got no apology just attitudes. When I asked for a BBQ sauce they said they only had 1 left and have to hold the rest of their sauces for their other orders. My order had 3 nugget orders. If I knew that I would have just canceled my order and save myself the 30 minute wait. No one is professional in this establishment. There's no managers their to help out when issues happens or I guess they don't care. Stay away.

I went in the drive-through after giving my order for 12 minutes without a car moving ridiculous ridiculous. Take notes from Chick-fil-A. they always have the wrong order no matter what day or night they don’t know how to move people through a line like other fast food places and then they make you pull forward for the stupidest stuff but yet when someone’s in front of you they sit there for 1012 minutes. They don’t make them pull forward
