My favorite place for frozen yogurt! So many flavors, so many toppings! Never disappointing! I love that I can try the flavors before choosing what I am getting and that I get to make it myself!

Horrible customer service tonight. Walked in the store and two employees didn't even acknowledge us. We said hello, and nothing. Then the male and female employees walked in the back for about 7 minutes leaving the front unattended.

This is a great place to come for some frozen yogurt. They've got lot's of nice little add-ins that you can mix in with your yogurt to make it truly unique and delicious.

This is your standard frozen yogurt chain shop. Everything you'd expect and nothing more. This Menchies is a little smaller with a smaller yogurt selection - seven machines with 10 flavors. Two of the machines are out of order. Biggest positives - little sample cups and gluten free yogurts.

Walked in and was instantly greeted with the smell of garbage. The entire place reeked of dirty bathroom. Instantly lost my appetite. Negligent, lazy staff who can't be bothered to clean properly or stay open until their posted closing time.

Just came back and thought it was delicious from the very first bite! We had fun serving ourselves any flavor we wanted and could pick from a ton of deferent toppings. Definitely will go back and wish my bowl wasn't empty now!

About 2 days ago I came to this menchies and used my reward number and was told the next time I come I would have 5 dollars off my next purchase. I was very excited to bring me sister that is visiting me in town to this place and I only had enough money for one bowl and planned on using the 5 dollars off for my bowl, when I got to the register a different lady asked for my number and I gave her it and she didn't mention the 5 dollars off, so I asked and she said I didn't have that reward. I was very confused and told her the lady from 2 days ago the other lady told me that that I had 5 dollars off and she just kept laughing at me making me feel like a fool, and kept saying "oh they just say that", like really? I was completely embarrassed and my sister had to pay for her own bowl. Is this a joke.

Always enjoyed this location, but hours need to be updated on google. Reflects 11pm closing but was closed 40 min prior with a handwritten sign on the door.

They always have a variety of yogurt flavors and toppings which should please many palates. I've been to this location many times before with no problems until recently. The individuals working that night didn't seem too friendly and were in a rush to get people out. They seemed to get more irritated because customers kept coming. I guess this was probably due to the posting of incorrect closing times online.
