Update 10/8. Zingers were the best chicken I have had and there are lots iof chicken places around here! The garlic parmesan/mildmix sauce is the bomb folks. daughter had meatloaf and was good but she added a bit of garlic salt to it. Fish and chips this time was really good. We are definitely coming back regularly for take out.
Previous review: We have always loved this place in past years but feel quality of food and prep has declined. Onion rings terrible and too hard as if double fried or batter too heavy. Barely taste onion. Meat loaf badly needed salt. First time fish tasted too fishy. Will not give up on them yet. Hope management pays more attention in the future.

Zinger salad was huge. Put half of it in a to go box before attempting to eat it.
Emily at the bar is always really friendly and gives great service.

Used to go to the Ale house all the time. They have priced us out, not because I cant afford it, the value just no longer exists. And then you charge me a service fee? Take your service fee and pound sand. Will not be back. No wonder the parking lot is empty these days when it used to be packed.

I am a big Ale House fan and this location is one of the best I’ve been to! I love it because it’s not too far from where I live and it has a nice atmosphere. All of the staff is wonderful, but one server that really stands out is Annie! She is very friendly and will go out of her way for you! She makes sure you are taken care of and brings you things you need without even asking. I will be returning to this location and I would hope to get Annie every time I go! :)

Nothing wrong with the food, service or atmosphere!

The men's restroom needs some serious attention the stench of urine will knock you out! Thecrestroom doesn't appear to be very clean. Hopefully that's not a reflection on the kitchen cleaniless!

Very good experience here! The burger I had here was larger than I expected, and delicious. The french onion soup was also very delicious. Highly recommend this place!

Stopped by today for lunch with a friend. My friend ordered fish & chips and it came out cold, he complained to the server/ bartender, we were sitting at the bar, and she acknowledged it but then didn’t do anything about other than to say, other patrons had complained about that today and they must be behind in the kitchen. After I ate, she brought us the bill, I paid and even left her a $10 tip but still no discount for the food not consumed because it was cold nor did she offer to do anything nor did we even see an Manager today. We dine here frequently and normally the manager always stops by and says hello and welcoming us and checking how everything was but not today, VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER, may be time to find a new local place to have lunch and/or dinner. :(

Leo was AMAZING, He greeted my family treated us very nicely told urs about special and brought me a sling for our son car seat without being asked I had come many times and Can say maybe 2 times I had this type of service he is amazing 🙌 Thank you Leo for treating us so kindly.
