Miller's Ale House

The food is good, except if you want to sit with your family (grandparents, wife, children and your dog) outside in the patio; Because people smoking outside will not mind that you are there with your family, including children. This is quite unpleasant. If Miller's offers a family option in the patio, then they should prohibit smoking in this area, including platforms. If you want to smoke, then Go away and don't do it on my family, not from the people who are trying to enjoy family food. Much less, that my daughter has to breathe this damn smoke!😡

They have the best burgers!

Food came out fast. Food didn’t seem as hot as it should have been being it wasn’t that busy. Food was ok, no complaints.

This was actually a to-go order that went wrong.. only half the amount of snow crabs legs were put in the bag. Called the restaurant and happened to reach the new manager Alexander- he didn’t even hesitate and gave us a free additional pound of snow crab. He also threw in a free pint of ice cream after he found out it was my wife’s birthday. He didn’t know it but we live 7 minutes away and love Ale House- definitely look forward to seeing him again as we come back soon!!

Great place, friendly service and tasty food.Alexander is awesome manager at University Blvd Ale house. He came by several times to check on us. Gave outstanding service and helped us so much. Highly recommended place to eat

Ale House is usually a great place. This location on University is falling apart and the kitchen is a mess. Took almost an hour to just get burgers and the place was nearly empty. Ceiling falling down and place smelled like mildew. Manager stopped around and gave us a snotty "we got some other orders in the kitchen" There were barely six tables in the whole place. Food came out wrong. No offer to correct. If you like Ale House, go to the other locations. This one needs to be shutdown.
