Waited for almost 15 minutes to be seated because the hostess had stepped away several times to wait tables and never came back.Finally, a waitress stepped away from her tables to find the hostess and couldn't track her down, so she came back and seated a group of us that had formed.The wait staff was good, the wait time was horrible, and the food was mediocre.However, they get an extra star for offering discounts and gratitude to military personnel and veterans.

Went here today to get lunch with my family and it was awful. We’ve been here in the past and have had great experiences so we decided to go again. It was my husband, our 2 babies, and my pregnant sister-in-law with her baby. At first, the host wasn’t sure where to sit us and we ended up picking our own booth. We were sat and began waiting for someone to even offer us drinks. We waited about 15 minutes for someone to pass by to and we had to ask who was our server. The young man who wasn’t our server offered to take our orders and then pass them off to the correct person. Our orders arrive and the correct server was still nowhere to be found. My daughter’s juice arrived with fly long after the other drinks arrived. When we were halfway through our meal, a young lady finally appeared and asked if we needed anything else but the other person had already helped us. When we were close to finishing, she came to ask if we wanted anything else and we told her no but my sister-in-law later changed her mind and wanted dessert so when the server came back with a box and the check, we told her about the dessert but she seemed annoyed she had to open the check again. While we finished the dessert, the young man and young lady were having a discussion across the restaurant in front of all the customers. On the way out, I asked the man at the host stand if he was the manager and he said he was the kitchen manager so I said how unprofessional and unpleasant our visit was to which the response was “We are correcting it now”, no apologies or anything else. Super disappointed in the service and response from management for an establishment in Winter Park.
The service was absolutely impeccable. I would come back any time. Our server Destiny was the best.

Excellent customer service!!!The waitress was amazing and kept checking on my group.My group was 9 people and she remembered who ordered what.I give 4 stars for the atmosphere as a big game was ONLY playing on two TV's.After I asked MULTIPLE employees to change the TV close to our table, I was told by all the employees they couldn't change the TV to the big game?
