Feels acist here 3 times I been here and was shooood away even during business hours....they were closed or order was canceled during Operating hrs.....they need better management immediately .... Not sur whats going on but also got attitude when trying to get the Monday spesh

We went at 11:30am. The building was hot and dirty. The ground beef was cold. The lettuce and guacamole were very brown. They were completely out ice. The worker was nice but there was only one person working. The women’s bathroom was clogged. It just felt like an overall yucky experience

This one it’s the worst place ever , I did my order trough Uber eats and the don’t send me my drink and Guacamole I Called 12 TIMES , 12 TIMES , and they never get the phone , the burrito was ugly, filled with 80% only rice by the way the don’t now how cook rice ! NEVER BUY FOOD IN THIS PLACE

I picked up an order for someone else but it wasn't even started till I got there and as I'm waiting forever for the food he stopped bagging it up to go get himself a drink and then went back to bagging it up as I'm sitting there waiting huh sense of urgency I'll tell ya so good luck I wouldn't go if your in a rush.

The salsa at the salsa bar was rancid. The chips were stale. None of the food we ordered seemed to be fresh. The restaurant was filthy and the AC seemed to be broken. The service was terrible and I was the only person in there. The employee and her manager seemed more interested in gossiping than preparing my food. The manager didn’t even acknowledge me—just barked a number at me when he rang me up. If either of us get sick from what little we ate, I will be escalating my concerns. I will never eat here again. Disgusting 🤢

I placed a catering order for my baby shower for 40 guests and it was the perfect amount of food. Some people got seconds and we still had food left over. The price for a taco bar was honestly not bad at all for the quality and the amount of food we got. Everyone said how good everything tasted and was pleasantly surprised when we told them it was from Moes. Food was ready upon arrival. Hot food was kept warm until we picked up which was nice!
Not sure why this location has 3 stars cause we had a great experience. Will be ordering again.

We went for take out in June 16, 2025 in the late afternoon and the gentleman filling our order couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. (Moe’s has thankfully been at this location for years). This person helped in every way possible to complete our order with suggestions and ideas. He is a total asset to your company. Everything was wonderful!!!

I'm not normally one to write a review but I was very disappointed. The entire floor was WET, not damp but WET. I had to be tiptoing in the restaurant. Wet floor signs everywhere. Tables were also not clean. The cashier guy was not bad but the food was a 2/10. The salsa and guacamole were sour/stale and I had to throw them out along with the tortilla chips. The food was just not appetizing at all and the experience overall was mediocre. Wish I read the reviews before going there. Hope this helps someone who is about to make a bad decision 🙏

They didn't accept my coupon and then said it was because it was a Wednesday, so the burrito was discounted to $6 anyways. I handed them my card and was charged normal price instead of the $6. When I complained they said they could not process a refund, and I would have to call. I called the store for months and it always just rings infinitely. Corporate couldn't help either. I live an hour away so it's not east to go into the store. Pretty frustrating.

Unfortunately I have given this place several tries and the potions are small, not flavor to the food and never really spotlessly clean. Workers are friends.

This place is horrible!!!! Terrible service. Everything is super dirty. Looks like they barely clean their stations no wonder why I got sick. Even the bathrooms are completely disgusting. This place used to be amazing and now is a terrible place to eat plus suuuper expensive. Do better Moes!

I was there right when they opened and they were ready to go. I was greeted by Esam who was very friendly and helpful. He helped me make my selections and was very generous on portions. The restaurant was clean and the services was great.

They never pick up the phone!!! Never!! If you are ordering anything! Be careful because they won’t pick up the phone! Not sure why they have a phone number in the first place.
