Absolutely worst Moe's experience I've ever had. If this was my first time I doubt I would return. Saw 3 employees but only 1 at a time was preparing meals so took a while to get food. Rice and steak were completely dried out. Just bad experience altogether

I placed my order through the Moe's app and this location is where my order was placed. I have already placed a review for the short-comings of the app. However, this review is to address the customer service I experienced. It was non-existent. The only correspondence I received for my order was an email with the ETA. Once that ETA had expired with no food appearing, I tried to call the store. NO ONE ever picked up the phone! I was on a hold cycle for 7 and a half minutes before I was hung up on. I called 3-4 more times and the same happened, on hold and then hung up on!!! We did eventually get our queso and chips, but NOTHING else. I spent $40 for dinner and got maybe $5 worth of food. I can only assume that my order was STOLEN by the dasher that picked up my order for delivery. This is unacceptable!!!I also tried to call the "Corporate" customer service line and all I got was a message saying they weren't available and that they would call me back. It has now been 24 hours and no call back.I also tried to contact DoorDash and spoke to an agent, they also tried to call the store and no answer. They told me that they would not be able to refund me because the purchase was made through the Moe's app not DoorDash. I was so disappointed in this experience that I will be reluctant to ever order again.

I placed an online order an hour and a half ago, and it said it would be ready over an hour ago. I've been waiting for an hour and they still haven't gotten to making it. And now they're saying they ran out of rice and it will be at least 20 minutes before they start making order again. My order number is 25858716703604736, I need to be refunded for this or something.

Worst experience EVER!!! Had to wait 20 minutes because they were more focused on online orders than people in store. Then after I got back to work and started to eat, realized they gave me raw chicken. Called them and they told me they would refund. 5 days later no refund. Called multiple times and no manager on duty?? Didn’t know they could have a store open with no manager. Then they tell me they are going to refund me again and still no refund. Called back and got hung up on 4 time and placed on hold for over 15 minutes. And they still won’t answer the phone.

Second time I’ve had an issue with this location! First time I was on my lunch break and ordered pickup. It was still being made by the time I got there which is a 15 min drive away. I got a salad bowl, ironically I got to work and the lettuce was missing. *my fault for not checking* but come on…. Second time which was today I waited an hour for food through Uber eats. Their excuse was they had just opened and had to attend to a catering order and only two people in the store. Well I’m sorry but if they were aware of this they should have scheduled more people. My food was cold and looked thrown together like they didn’t care. The uber eats driver was waiting and also frustrated with them, she said this wasn’t the first time she’s had issues with this location. The owner needs to get this store together because it’s a mess. I won’t ever come here again.

I don’t know what happened to this location. But aside from the prices getting out of control, ($16 for a homewrecker burrito no sides or add ons), The last three times I’ve been here, my burrito has been half the size that they always were in the past. It’s basically a child size burrito.

Go to Chipotle or a regular Mexican place for your own sake. Decided to try it out for pickup and the tacos were the beef with nothing else on it. In fact, the salsa wasn’t even the right kind I was told was in the bag. Not going back.

Food in the table was obviously expired, dingy, with a gray or brown tint on every item. Looked like it had been left out unrefrigerated for multiple days. Server was lackadaisical, forgetting 2 or the three items ordered by the time the first bowl was made. They should at least turn the lights off and have the ambiance music on, but it was dark and silent. Very off-putting experience.

This location has been inconsistent for over two years now. Evidently the owner is absentee and a non-compliant franchisee. It certainly shows in the dining room and restrooms.I pointed out a toilet leak to them over a year ago. Still not fixed so their water bill is higher than it should be for 18 months or so; would have paid for the plumber 2 times over.Food is good when they serve the proper portions. Often they are out of or running low on several items (negligent ownership).Oh, and sometimes you show up at 4:30 or 5:00 and they are closed with a take note on the door, no explanation. Again, a lousy franchise owner. Moe's corporate should have purged this owner long ago; they are dragging down brand standards.
