Love the crepe cake and tiramisu cake. The sweetness is just right for me. Not like other bakeries who put tons of sugar in.

On December 24th, we purchased a cake and went to pick it up at the scheduled time, only to find the store closed without any prior notice.
When we contacted the store to explain the situation and request a refund, the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, showing no empathy or willingness to properly resolve the issue. The only option offered was store credit, even though this situation was clearly not our fault.
Beyond the money, the most frustrating part was the hostile and disrespectful treatment we received. On such an important holiday, customers expect at least basic courtesy and professionalism.
Unfortunately, this experience left us very dissatisfied, and I hope franchise management reviews how situations like this are handled and how customers are treated.

I made a pre order for christmas, The lady at the register was very friendly and helpful. Made it quick and easy. Can't wait to eat my bundt cakes on christmas.

I placed an order via email for a delivery on cakes to my job to celebrate birthdays. Once I realized it was past the time I made the delivery, I called the store to see what was the issue. A young lady first tried to help me and then a young man came to the phone and stated there was a mix up and the order wasn't sent to the store. He stated he could make it and bring it himself or have someone else bring it. I can't remember his name but less than 30 minutes later he came and delivered the treats to us and gave a few extra bundtinis for the inconvenience. Such great customer service. My staff enjoyed the cakes and I look forward to placing another order soon with this location. Sorry I can't remember the young guy's name but he and his staff were amazing and saved the day. Thank you all.

I ordered a lemon cake for my coworker’s birthday (her favorite) and was very disappointed to receive a strawberry cake instead. I paid $49.16 for an 8-inch decorated cake that was not correct. When I called the store to inform them of the mistake, I spoke with Valerie. She offered me store credit, but since this isn’t a place I normally shop, I asked for a refund. She would only refund $37, explaining that the decorations would not be refunded—even though I paid for a decorated cake that came with the wrong flavor.

I felt this was poor customer service. Valerie did not offer any further help and simply told me I could call back later if I had more questions about the experience. For the price paid, the mistake made, and the lack of resolution, this experience was extremely disappointing. Zero stars if that were possible.

Today I had the Lemon Raspberry at a friends house and it was DELICIOUS. Moist and not as sweet as some may think. I don’t have a sweet tooth.
But then again everything in moderation.
