Nothing Bundt Cakes

The store was clean with staff friendly. I have never purchased a cake from them before so I was a little lost. The workers pointed me in the right direction and even suggested decorations for my cake. My cake was done in 10 minutes and it was delicious.

You can't walk until a Nothing Bundt Cakes Shop and not get excited. It was almost choice overload. But we did decide on two cakes. They were seasonal. One was the Lemon Blueberry and the other was Churro De Chocolate. It was a great way to end the evening at home.

I usually stop at the Lake Mary store, but I was in Winter Park for get together.
The store had all of the same wonderful choices and a wonderful staff as well.
Everybody enjoyed the buntinis.

Really excellent service. I went to pick up my wife a gluten-free chocolate chip mini and the service was really great. I definitely am going back this week!

Danny is the best! She provided the best service and answered all my questions. She represents what customer service is. I will definitely recommend this location and be back myself. Thank you again

The Winter Park location has its address listed with Uber incorrectly sending all the drivers a mile away where they will then cancel your order because the store does not exist there and then it will get passed on to another driver who can waste their time trying to do the same thing.. So delivery could take hours. The Winter Park village location does not seem interested in fixing it. It's been going on for months and the manager I guess it's not interested in telling corporate who is hiding behind a website with no contact method. So if you continue to order on Uber for delivery they're just going to send your driver elsewhere you're better off picking a different location and not the Winter Park location.
A story of corporate America and how they get out of touch really fast wasting thousands of hours of manpower every month losing thousands of dollars of sales every month and not even noticing or caring.

This is a great place to go when you want to put yourself in a great mood. It's a happy place to go for sure. We smile as soon as we walk in and we are still smiling when we leave. We know the cake is going to be great! It's a great product overall!

Small businesses often forget that one of the key ingredients to being successful is customer service. Greeting customers as they come into the store is one small gesture… but most importantly when a question is asked… the response should be with attentiveness and sense of helpfulness. I walked into the store - No greeting… the younger attendant was distracted and the manager was visibility busy. I approached the attendant to ask questions… her responses were short. I felt like I was bothering her with my questions. I made my purchase and left feeling empty… “I need to remember I have other choices”.

The ladies are so sweet and amazing. I inquired about gluten free options and they were more than happy to help. Please stop in!!

Had the Lemon Raspberry. It way too sweet. I could not finish it. What are the calorie counts for these sweets? That should be posted. Please add low calorie options to your menu. There is a market for that too. I am counting calories.
