Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Our server Destiny was absolutely AMAZING! We came in with a party of 7, and she handled everything flawlessly. She was attentive, funny, and so personable. She truly made the whole experience better. Our drinks and food were always taken care of, she kept us laughing, and never once made us feel rushed or overlooked despite our large group. This was hands-down some of the best service we’ve had at Olive Garden. Destiny deserves major recognition, and we’ll definitely be asking for her again next time we come!

Walked out. Waited ten mins after being sat before someone came over. Placed our food orders and then waited another fifteen mins for waters that never came before we left.

I placed my order for a 1:05 PM pickup, arrived at 1:00 PM, and texted the pickup link immediately upon arrival. I was told the food would be brought out shortly.

Instead, I did not receive my order until 1:28 PM. When the employee finally came out, she was carrying four bags, suggesting that multiple orders were brought out at the same time rather than mine being delivered when it was ready.

As a result, I waited 26 minutes past my scheduled pickup time, during which my food was sitting in the kitchen getting cold. Because of this delay, I was late returning to work at 1:30 PM. Based on this experience, the service deserved a ZERO STAR rating.

Love the food and the server his name was dylan and he was so nice even being the only server there and the service was so fast food was also excellent

I ordered on line to NJ light at about 6pm. When it finally arrived at about 7:15, the he food was cold. The main entree was temped. It the breadsticks were cold. The other food was put in the refrigerator for another day. For what I paid this did not meet my expectation expectations. Do better Olive Garden

Id like to say this place went EXTREMELY downhill, save your money and get take out! I went to the olive garden in winter park, I had gone there there many times prior and all past experiences were fine, but the new management is extremely terrible. The food lacks, I was served frozen chicken fingers, mashed potatoes literally made from powder. The portions are ridiculous as well-- I counted exactly 8 fries on my dish. The service was terrible, host did not greet me and was not friendly, servers are dull, no personality, no atmosphere at all, if I was you I'd save my money and go somewhere else-- just terrible!

Overall I definitely wouldn't recommend this olive garden. We won't be going back to this location after the (lack of) service we just experienced. We asked for a booth, the hostess asked us if a half booth/half table was okay... off to a bad start, but we said that's okay. The server that was right next to the hostess when we asked for a booth then took us to his table... not even a half booth like the hostess said.

After getting our drinks, we said we needed a few minutes to figure out our orders, to which he came back about every 30 seconds to ask if we were ready, for the next 2-3 minutes. I barely even had time to look at any section of the menu by the time he came back to ask if we were ready. Mind you- we were one of the only tables in the restaurant at the time. We finally realized we just had to decide on-the-spot what we wanted. He also didn't even know how to pronounce minestrone.

The breadsticks were overcooked every single time more were brought to our table- they just kept messing up the batches and they were all crunchy. The rest of the food was good, but by the time we needed boxes we asked for a to-go drink, we sat there for about 15-20 minutes waiting for just the drink. This isn't exaggerated either- I kept track of time after like 5 minutes of waiting. There's no excuse for a singular drink to take that long- our server just kept forgetting about us.

After a great day in the Winter Park area, this whole experience was a terrible way to end the day.

Take out order I think was a little expensive my thought. The server who took my order was super polite, super nice and the people around were super nice and just think it was a nice place but I just think it was a little overpriced

christian was an AMAZING server. i eat out a lot and he gave me some of the best service ive ever had. he is very personable and stayed attentive the whole time we were there!!

My server Lance deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly his own breadstick-themed holiday. From the moment we sat down, he delivered service smoother than Alfredo sauce on fresh fettuccine.

He kept our drinks full, our breadsticks unlimited (as the good Lord intended), and somehow anticipated what we needed before we even said it — either he’s extremely attentive or mildly psychic. Honestly, either is fine with me.

Lance managed to be friendly without hovering, funny without trying too hard, and professional even when we joked that we might just move into the booth permanently. He didn’t blink — just brought more breadsticks. That’s commitment.

If Olive Garden had a Hall of Fame, Lance would be the first inductee. We’ll definitely be back… mostly because of the food, but definitely because of Lance.

The service was amazing and the food was great. Our server Lance was very nice and gave great service. I will definitely come back to this restaurant. The manager Christian came by our table and made sure everything was going well during our dining experience.
