Enjoyed late lunch Saturday.Love the music. Attentive waitress. Salad kept coming. Love the salad. Dinner entree ordered - eggplant parm - took half hour - 4 eggplant rounds sliced too thin - 1/4in and extra crispy with watery tasteless spaghetti. Should have sent it back.

The tour of Italy was not as I expected, and the chicken parm was dry, burnt, and not at all what it's been before. The waiter was fantastic.

I absolutely love Justin the GM he is awesome. I did run into this guy name William who’s a manager there and I’m not sure if it was “that day” but he was an absolute jerk! He “claim” that he threw away my order that was nearly $100 because I was 10 minutes late to pick it up although they had over 20 people still enjoying dinner in the restaurant and I drove over 30 minutes to get there so I had to call corporate on him, and they took care of everything so shout out to corporate as well 🎉but besides that, the staff has always been friendly. The food is pleasant most times . The atmosphere is always Calm and easy-going. Very comfortable setting and the wait time is usually appropriate.

I ordered chicken and shrimp carbonara and something was off but I ate it. Next morning I realized the bacon was missing. I called the restaurant and informed them. Katharine apologized and said they would email a gift certificate to make up for it. 24 hours later nothing. Called back and Katharine wasn’t there so spoke to the manager who mumbled her name was ‘Olga.’ She asked me to repeat my email address and said she would send it. 24 hours later nothing. In addition, the first basket of breadsticks were dry, so no butter/garlic and I have never seen that. Second basket was good. My dinner mates fork had debris on it. I will not return to this location. They do not care past punching in and out and getting a paycheck. Customer service is non-existent. UPDATE: They have sent the gift card to make up for the dish. Thank you.

I usually really love Olive garden because I like Italian food but we had a new server that was an experience and took forever getting anything to us, even breadsticks which are free, it's supposed to be on the table at all times can we kept having to ask him to bring more.

Delayed food due to mobile orders management (Rain) informed they don’t have a mobile system
She told me order by order
So this means during the process from the greetings by host and waiting to get seated if 100 orders come in plus while waiter gets our drinks and the waiter takes our order the possibility more mobile orders can come in we will have to wait even longer
To solve this problem is to hire more cooks and add another oven and stove just for mobile orders I don’t believe the customer that visits the restaurant should suffer the long wait. Staff was great manager did her best. Not sure if management is a fault just they need to come up with a plan to avoid this problem. This was my first time here at this location

Solid Olive Garden location. Pretty much what I've come to expect from the chain. Not the best Italian in town, but consistent.
