Didn't get what I ordered (chicken and shrimp carbonara). Meal arrived without shrimp and offered shrimp on the side. Manager thought that was a satisfactory solution. Then refused to make an adjustment to the bill.

Food tasted great. Sat in the bar area and received the normal amazing service!Wheelchair accessibility: The front of the building faces the street. So some small distance must be traveled but there are ramps to easily get on the sidewalk.
They have the most attentive servers I’ve come across in a really long time.Our server was kind and welcoming. I was not only impressed with our server but they others ones serving the other tables around us. They exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to come across good customer service these days

I’ve given this location multiple chances and it is highly disappointing each and every time. This occasion however was the icing on the cake. Although there was plenty of seating available and the hostess had us waiting 20 minutes at noon on Tuesday. She had obvious favoritism and seemed very judgmental. Said tables were being cleaned off and then still proceeded to seat us in an untouched back room away from everyone else. It was a very uncomfortable experience this time around. Please, do better Olive Garden.
