The food delivery service is extremely slow. You place an order and the food arrives about 30 minutes later than expected. This really affects the overall experience.

There really is a difference; the service at this Outback location is incredible. I'm in the service industry and I always appreciate the extra effort shown by the staff. This Outback really has it together. Huge shout out to Dylan (Dillon?), our waiter. Great attitude, pro-active with drink refills, and checked in on us the perfect amount, which is a tough balance to strike. Kudos to the manager on duty as well, Murphy (sp?). Also a great attitude and attentive to anything we might need. We told him about the great service we were getting and he appreciated the feedback, promising to pass it along. And I noticed the whole operation was a real team effort, with other waitsaff bringing drinks, appetizers, etc, to our table, with the same great attitudes. A great example of everyone chipping in to help. Clearly a well run restaurant. We stopped in after visiting Leu Gardents- just a short drive from there. Couldn't recommend this Outback location more if you're in the area.

I usually go to Texas Roadhouse. My friend told me that he prefers outback so I tried it again after not going for 5 years. I did not like it compared to Texas Roadhouse. The outside of the steak was dry. However, the inside was somewhat juicy.
I received a comment back from outback steakhouse. I am not able to leave a reply to their reply. I want to say that the reply from outback is general and does not mean anything. I think corporate makes somebody comment on a review. The reply from outback steakhouse is not genuine,

Took them awhile to wait on me but once that happened the server was very attentive and nice. It was a rainy Monday night so it was quiet in the restaurant, so the atmosphere wasn't happening, but honestly that was fine because I was tired and enjoyed the quiet. The food was delicious and was brought out very quickly. Overall good.

They have a new appetizer and appetizer combination (to rival the triple dipper at Chilis). The boomerangs are mozzarella sticks in the shape of boomerangs and breaded with the bloomin onion. Best thing they've come out with in ages at Outback!!!! Chefs kiss! The triple dipper competitor is the boomerangs, Aussie cheese fries, and onion petals (pieces of bloomin onion). Highly recommend trying these bad boys out! 👌🏼

It was my birthday and I did pick up . First I was missing things from both plates . I ordered double fries for my son didn't get it, I ordered a loaded baked potato didn't get it or the broccoli. Second the meals were cold and soggy . I spent almost 70$ and gave a tip. The survey gave me 20$off next order , which im still at a loss because food was not good and I'm missing things ,i actually paid for. Noone asked to give me what I actually paid for and was missing or even asked if they could re do the food that was cold.
