This location is a joke but only when the manager's name is Tori. She apparently doesn't care about customer service. First of all, the app and all mypanera functions were down completely. I understand this can be stressful but there is NO EXCUSE for calling the customer a liar. On top of it all I was served a sandwich with a sauce that I am allergic to. When I ordered I specifically said and I quote "I only want turkey, bacon and and cheese. NO Sauce bcuz I will put mayo on it at home and I have allergies". When I called to complain she gave me attitude from the start. She said she took the order and she's the liar bcuz some other young man did not her. All she had to say was "I'm sorry that happened and we'll remake your sandwiches for you". I have to wonder why that was so difficult and if she had the whole situation would have been rectified very amicably. She only offered to remake them AFTER arguing with me and then she hung up. Is there such a thing as customer service anymore? NOT AT THIS LOCATION. Obviously Panera Bread won't miss our business and won't be going under anytime soon so I guess customer service really truly is dead or doesn't exist anymore. Thanks Tori and the manager's lack of leadership for nothing. I truly hope you have a nice life but I will be praying that you get demoted or assigned somewhere else until you reflect on how to treat ALL paying customers with respect.

One of my favorite takeout places when I feel like I need something healthier.However they don't tell you when you're dressing has stevia in it. I feel those should be marked and the staff should know.There is an error in my order and they fixed it immediately with a smile.I recommend the flatbreads and any of the salads-Just to ask about the dressing.

There weren’t hazelnut coffee and half and half cream available. I didn’t see any mugs available. They didn’t provide me the receipt. The staff on the counter was not friendly. I’m Panera fan, I have been in many branches, so definitely this one need to follow the standards.
The Mac and cheese and Broc cheddar soup with bread is sooo good. I give 10 stars ?

I ordered an avocado egg white sandwich and they DID NOT put the AVOCADO on the sandwich. The other sandwich I ordered had barely any egg on it and it was burnt as well. For as much money as they charge for these sandwiches the lack of quality is unacceptable.

Tried the new Baja Bowl, and it was really good, I frequent Panera as I am able to open my laptop, and get some work done while eating something healthy.Cleanest, and friendliest Panera I’ve been too.Dietary restrictions: They offer Gluten free itemsLo carb itemsVegetarian itemsParking: Next to Jimmy Hulas there are two parking lots connected for plenty of space.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is easily accessible with a wheelchair

Usually good food albeit a little pricey. Today they were out of tomatoes and chips. Seriously?? Why not get some from another Panera, or go to Publix that's literally across the street. I guess customers should tip more even though they already pickup their food and bus their table.
