Staff is cool. Even when orders pile up theyre nice and tell you when itll be up. I rarely have to wait and the time they tell you on app is accurate 95% of the time.

Person been rude .. idk his name I’m not going back to this store anymore … should change the staff . Worst experience ever… hope he got fired… that’s why he’s working there because I don’t think nobody will be hire him anymore … PAPA JHONS u guys should see who you hired cuz this is the worst staff ever .

I had an amazing experience at the Papa John’s located at 1740 SR in Casselberry, FL. The customer service was absolutely impeccable from the moment I walked in. Every team member I interacted with was polite, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made me feel like a truly valued customer. It’s rare to find that level of friendliness and professionalism in a fast food setting. I’ll definitely be returning, not just for the great pizza, but for the incredible service as well.

Ordered pizza and wings online for delivery. Took an hour so we called to see what was taking so long. They said they gave our order out wrong and they refunded it. They said they could make us our order but we would have to come to the store to pick it up, which was frustrating. When we arrived they had our pizza but tossed our wings in the wrong sauce. So we had to wait another 10 minutes.

This place is ridiculous. Placed a delivery order and it was wrong, they forgot items that were paid and there was only about 6 pepperoni on an xl pizza, my son called and explained the problem, he offered to send back the original pizza and was told that they didn't want it back and were sending a replacement. The replacement was still missing the items and this time the garlic butter was smushed and dumped all over the box so the crust was completely soggy and inedible. Tried calling them back and they kept hanging up, used another phone to call and they yelled at my son, said he wasn't getting a replacement and hung up on him. My daughter in law took the pizza to the store to explain what was wrong and to try to get a corrected pizza and the manager, Angel, told her that they were too busy and they weren't giving her a 'free pizza'. It wouldn't have been free, she took the pizza back to have exchanged! Also implied that I lived in too ghetto of an area to send drivers, Winter Park is definitely not the ghetto. Do not recommend this location to anyone!

Edited to add: I came into the pizza shop to speak with the manager, Angel. He was very rude, raised his voice at me and disrespected me the entire time I was there. I came into the shop upset because my family is hungry. I just wanted a new pizza. He was not wanting give us a new pizza even after I showed him the garlic sauce burst open into the pizza and soaked through and became inedible.
Please do not order from here, I have never been more disrespected my whole life. Hope you have better days, I did not deserve that treatment.
I ordered a pizza online for my family. Extra large peperoni with Canadian ham. I paid extra for garlic sauce. I never received the sauce. The first pizza we received didn't have a lot of toppings. We called and they sent a new one over. The second pizza also didn't have extra sauce and the one sauce we did receive burst open and soaked the pizza.
They do not answer my phone calls anymore. They hang up right away. This is not okay. This is the worst experience I have received in a while.

Called four times this evening in an attempt to place an order, only to be hung up on continuously by staff and the manager. I had an issue on a previous order made 11/14/24 and called that evening addressed the issue was given a credit and told to call the location when I was to order again instead of using the app. This evening when the manager asked when the day of the issue occurred I stated that it was on November 14th, and he said “ November 40th?!? Nice try pranker that day doesn’t exist. “ I tried to reply “No, wait you misunderstood me, I said the 14th.” He hung up on me mid sentence. Now, I am a Papa John member, and have been using this specific location for well over two years now and have NEVER had this issue, not even when I did call in the evening of November 14th. Not sure if they we’re having a bad night at the location, but it made me physically shaken the way the manager spoke to me then refused both my calls and the calls from my friends phone to see if maybe they were having phone line issues. I really just wanted to order some dinner and then felt like even if I went up there and gave them my information there would be an issue with my food, and didn’t want to risk it. I did call and file a complaint with someone high up not at that location because it was just very strange behavior on the manager’s part.
