ATTENTION MANAGER OR OWNER WASH or REPLACE your pizza screens!!!!! I've worked in pizza shops for years and years and I can tell you the only way that you will see black burnt crisscross patterns into the bottom of your pizza is if staff have not cleaned those pizza screens in months if not years!! The whole bottom of the pizza was black. Absolutely disgusting. You should be shut down.

I have had multiple issues with DoorDash orders being delivered on time (or at all) and every time I’ve had a problem, Kevin has always answered the phone quickly and immediately resolved the issue at hand. Thank you to him for being kind and patient and I greatly appreciate the nice and prompt service him and their team provides. Also pizza good. Give them all a raise and livable wage.

Everytime I've order, pizza has been freshly ready when I arrive. The staff is nice. Been going every so often for last few years. Most of the time it's on point but there was one time I got stuffed crust and the center of the pizza was rolled so thin, it tore when I picked up a slice and all the toppings slid straight down off it. Was sorta funny. Last time I ordered, they sliced it unevenly (1 giant slice and 2 were elementary school pizza party slivers) but I don't order to share with anybody so not really a problem for me.

Guy with long dark hair night shift. I come in saying “mobile order for Alex” and he says “ok”. 10 minutes later I ask bro “where is the order”. And he goes “oh i think it’s already done”, and pulls the pizza that’s been on the counter. Better to be conscientious than to chit chat with your buddy

Staff is cool. Even when orders pile up theyre nice and tell you when itll be up. I rarely have to wait and the time they tell you on app is accurate 95% of the time.

Person been rude .. idk his name I’m not going back to this store anymore … should change the staff . 15 mns to one hour to get an order ready then came back to tell couldn’t find pickle truffles anywhere overwhelmed. Have to pay for soda fountain yaks…. Not to mention the water that’s the rain 🔏

I had an amazing experience at the Papa John’s located at 1740 SR in Casselberry, FL. The customer service was absolutely impeccable from the moment I walked in. Every team member I interacted with was polite, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made me feel like a truly valued customer. It’s rare to find that level of friendliness and professionalism in a fast food setting. I’ll definitely be returning, not just for the great pizza, but for the incredible service as well.

Ordered pizza and wings online for delivery. Took an hour so we called to see what was taking so long. They said they gave our order out wrong and they refunded it. They said they could make us our order but we would have to come to the store to pick it up, which was frustrating. When we arrived they had our pizza but tossed our wings in the wrong sauce. So we had to wait another 10 minutes.
