The best part is the selection of pastries and cakes! I’d come again. Parking is a challenge and you could drive right by and not know you passed it. The checkout process is not clear. You’re picking out food asking people in line to step aside. The checkout line goes along the food so it’s congested.

I love love this bakeshop. I recently went here for coffee and carried out pastries. The sweet rice (mochi) donut, pecan pie, and savory baked goods were perfect!!!
This is the 3rd time I have placed and online order with this store and I’m unable to get my order when I arrive due to the lack of communication in this store, everyone is always clueless! Very frustrating I have placed orders and call to confirm the order and yet still when I show up they have nothing to give me and everyone is blaming someone else. This is unprofessional and unacceptable! Do not reply on this store if you have an event!

We have visited Paris Baguette twice in two weeks and we love it. This is a mostly self serve bakery where you pick up a tray or a box if you are taking things to go, grab your own clean tongs and serve yourself from the cases of delicious looking pastries (both sweet and savory). We tried several different things on each visit and there was not one item that we chose that we would not recommend. We ordered our coffee and lattes at the cashier and they were also quite tasty. Definitely sign up for the app before you go so you can take advantage of special rewards and free items. I wish they had a location near where we live so we could go more often but I’m also glad there isn’t one closer to where we live so we can’t go more often. This place is such a treat!

I typically come to visit here and there and tonight disappointed for sure. Location is supposed to be open till 10pm and from the moment we got in everything just felt unpleasant. They shut off oven an hour before so we had an ice cold sausage sandwich. Mind you I asked the cashier if they would heat up the food and they said yes prior to purchasing food to the Be told after we paid the oven was off. Cashier did not offer another option to heat up the foods I had to ask to have it microwave the food. The donut I ordered was stale and not worth the money in my opinion. I will probably never go back close to closing time to avoid this unpleasant experience. They made us definitely feel like they are closing and that should mot be the case if your open till 10pm you should consistently offer quality service and quality food. I also had the cashier request to sweep under our table while we were still sitting at the table. I don’t honestly think this is good for etiquette. Not a good experience:(

I recently visited Paris Baguette at 15996 New Independence Pkwy, Winter Garden, and had a great experience overall! It's becoming my go-to breakfast place. The jalapeño croissant was fantastic, creamy with just the right amount of spice, perfect if you would like to try something different. It's definitely a must-try! Although the espresso wasn't as good as it usually is during my last visit, I still really enjoyed it most of the time, and I'm sure it could be a one-time thing. The atmosphere and friendly staff always make it a pleasant stop. Highly recommended!

I was looking forward to a special treat from Paris Baguette for my anniversary, so I pre-ordered specific pastries early in the morning. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that some of the pastries I had requested were no longer available. The manager explained that they only started making my order after I showed my confirmation email, which led to a shortage.
I was extremely disappointed, especially since I had taken the time to pre-order to ensure availability. The manager showed little remorse or accountability for the mishap, blaming it on the system not printing the ticket. I expected a more apologetic and understanding response, especially given the occasion.
Ultimately, my anniversary celebration was marred by this unfortunate incident. I would be hesitant to recommend Paris Baguette in Winter Park based on my experience.
This place was an excellent bakery experience. They had trays and let you pick your own pastries from a wide selection. They had the usual croissants and tarts, but they also had more unusual pastries too. I loved their croquettes and pineapple brulee tart.
