This place is truly awful! It’s ran so poorly. The management does not care. You can tell it was bought as franchise by someone who owns multiple locations. THEY PURPOSELY SELL EXPIRED FOOD. They change dates on their prepacked items in order to sell them longer. I literally watched the lady in the back through the window doing this. Please people wake up & realize this place is stealing from you when everything they sell is made in a factory & shipped to a place that can’t even provide good service.
Every employee is miserable, they have AirPods in and act like taking your order is the worst thing they’ve ever had to do. They are unhelpful & simply just rude. This place is not clean in anyway, there is no handwashing, or hair nets or gloves. I hope people wise up & start to realize how awful Paris Baguette truly is.

Anyone who reviewed with any lower than a 4 star gotta be lying, this place is like heaven on earth, the staff are so wonderful and every piece of food, drink, pastry and cake is so good, my wife and I will be coming here a lot more, it’s so freaking good

The parking lot is absolutely nowhere near the entrance of the building
The location has the option to have a door near the parking lot.They're choosing to not do that
If you're delivering , add five minutes to your time
They're trying to make it look like a cute boutique.But sometimes it's not worth the lack of convenience for people.... Also,I don't know how this meets Requirements for handicapped

As always the pastries are delicious, however the tables, seating area, and trash were filthy. The Paris baguette at H Mart is much cleaner.
The food is interesting and fun, the coffee is good (bc it’s lavazza) but the service here and atmosphere are horrible. Every table in the restaurant was dirty, so we were forced to bus our own table. The service at the counter is comical. We stood with our trays of self serve food at an empty register for about 10 min before someone acknowledged us. Even then it felt like an inconvenience for her to take our money. The best part, auto tip at 25%.. what am I tipping for? I served my own food and the coffee machines are automatic. $75 for 3 donuts, 2 coffees and macaroons.

Just overall disappointing most of the time. If you don't have a product, cancel the order. Don't push my order through and then tell me to pick something else that I don't want and look at me like I'm the problem. Imagine spending $50 on a cake and being told, “yeah we actually don't have it, but we completed your order instead of canceling it and refunding you. Oh, you're inconvenienced by this? 🤷”
