Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park

We visited Peterbrooke Chocolatier last night for the 1st time. We were surprised at the big selection available! The store was bright & clean Zack answered our questions & made some recommendations to help us narrow our choices. He was very helpful!!! We didn't taste our chocolate until today & it was delicious! We will be back!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream is Good

Such a charming little shop! This is a great time of year to visit, as a lot of their cookies and chocolates are Halloween-themed. (I’ll definitely have to snap some photos next time I stop by.) While the prices can be on the higher side, their chocolate-covered pretzels are hands-down the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back also, I highly recommend dropping in if you’re in the area.

Malena was an immense help with picking out gifts for friends. She offered a taste of the chocolate wine, and it was out of this world delicious. They have a very large selection of chocolate items and you can watch them make chocolate in the back of the store.

I absolutely love the workers they are so kind and helpful. But the managers seem to always be on their phones and uninvolved in their own business. Especially one named Jeremy he was extremely disrespectful to his employees.
Would come again if he resigned.

Aiden, Zachary, and Andrew were absolutely amazing during my visit to Peterbrooke Chocolate. They were not only incredibly helpful and professional, but also so genuinely kind and welcoming—it made the whole experience even sweeter (pun intended). They went above and beyond to answer my questions, offer suggestions, and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. You can tell they care about their job and the customers. I left with the best chocolate and an even better impression of the staff. Definitely five stars!

Great place to celebrate a sweet tooth! Nestled into Winter Park, this chocolatier offers such an expansive selection of sweets including candies, cookies, chocolate covered s’mores , chocolate peanut butter cookies, chocolate covered rice crispy treats, turtles, ice cream, and yes, painted chocolate heels 👠. The list goes on! We stopped for a sweet treat after a wonderful Winter Park dinner, and ended up with a bag full of deliciousness. Enjoyed everything about our time here and strongly. Suggest you visit for sweet treats or gifts for others when in the area.

Great Gelato

I stopped by Peterbrooke on Park Avenue while visiting from Tampa, and I was so impressed by the service I received. Even with the Mother’s Day rush and a full store, Aiden and Zackery went above and beyond to make sure every customer felt taken care of.

They were calm, professional, and genuinely kind handling a busy day with patience and a great attitude. It really stood out and made my visit a memorable one. Big thanks to both of them for making a hectic day feel smooth and welcoming!

Overwhelming selection of of super high quality chocolate other candies, and sweet. There is a glass wall between the kitchen and retail store. The operation is spotless. The decor is colorful and up beat. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would not hesitate to return. If you are in Winter Park, stop by.

This is probably the fourth time I've been here. The truffles were amazing!
