Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park

We had a wonderful experience at Gelato in Winter Park, Florida. The gelato was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor.
What truly stood out was the excellent customer service. Zackery was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived. He treated us with respect, patience, and a great attitude, making us feel very welcome.
Because of Zackeor’s kindness and professionalism, our visit was even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate great service like this and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I went here after walking around and seeing the lights in Winter Park. All of the staff were super nice and even found how to let my boyfriend order a cookie that he saw through the back window! However the cookie was literally so small for $4.50, it fit in a doggie bag. Think regular size you would bake at home. Next we got a hot chocolate for $6.50 in a basic 12 oz to go cup, it tasted 100% like Swiss Miss that was made with water (not even milk!). Marshmallows and whipped cream were great but I was very confused on why a chocolatier wouldn’t make fresh hot coco with the very chocolate they produce and have churning fresh in the back AND use milk. Save your money and go to Disney Springs-Ghirardelli for hot chocolate made with their chocolate for close to the same price!

We left feeling super scammed but you live and you learn! Stars for the workers and being open late.

On December 21, we were there around 9:30 PM and the service was extremely slow. It was not busy. There were two families in front of us. We tried ordering a milkshake and the guy just went to the back and completely left our milkshake in the tin come to find out it stopped working and it broke but there was no communication and he just came back to us laughing saying hey can’t make it anymore, not even offering us something else in exchange for not being able to make the milkshake. I thought this was very horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE not even being able to offer a solution. I was not looking for something for free if you would’ve even offered us to have maybe the ice cream instead great no problem we would’ve paid for it but not even that was done.

Hands down the best milk chocolate covered pretzels I’ve ever had. Thick and extra smooth. My only regret was not buying a second bag to take home with me.

I was in town for work and decided to stop by Peterbrooke Chocolatier. The girl at the front desk (Brooke) was wonderful to work with, she was helpful, welcoming, and warm. She answered all my questions and made suggestions based on my taste and needs, making the experience great.

The chocolate covered apple was amazing. I would definitely return and recommend this place to my friends.

I'm often down in Winter Park and frequent Peterbrooke Chocolatier. I find their products to be well made. I've watched them produce chocolates in the back through the window, and I buy their chocolates and gelato. In reading some of the reviews, I see some people are unhappy either with management or quality of product from time to time. I too have been to restaurants and various places and had negative experiences. Sometimes I post about them as well. But I'm here to tell you, both the products and the people at this location are of high quality. If someone has a problem or issue with personnel or product, believe me, they want to make it right. I've seen the replies from the owner and those are serious. They will do what it takes - within reason - to take care of the customer. I give this establishment five stars because they deserve it. Others think the same way as well.

We visited Peterbrooke Chocolatier last night for the 1st time. We were surprised at the big selection available! The store was bright & clean Zack answered our questions & made some recommendations to help us narrow our choices. He was very helpful!!! We didn't taste our chocolate until today & it was delicious! We will be back!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream is Good

Such a charming little shop! This is a great time of year to visit, as a lot of their cookies and chocolates are Halloween-themed. (I’ll definitely have to snap some photos next time I stop by.) While the prices can be on the higher side, their chocolate-covered pretzels are hands-down the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back also, I highly recommend dropping in if you’re in the area.

Malena was an immense help with picking out gifts for friends. She offered a taste of the chocolate wine, and it was out of this world delicious. They have a very large selection of chocolate items and you can watch them make chocolate in the back of the store.

Great store, great chocolate, great service. Jeremy and Abril are the G.O.A.T.s.
