I'm often down in Winter Park and frequent Peterbrooke Chocolatier. I find their products to be well made. I've watched them produce chocolates in the back through the window, and I buy their chocolates and gelato. In reading some of the reviews, I see some people are unhappy either with management or quality of product from time to time.
