I frequently visit their Winter Park location, and I always get the same thing. There is no familiarity, even though they see me a few times a week. I stopped going here for about a year because of the lack of consistency. The food is good but, portioning is lacking when compared to its competition. I mentioned that concept to one of the employees, and he told me “that’s what he’d been instructed to do!” (Sherk on the portions) For the price I pay, and the frequency In which I go, I don’t feel like I’m getting what I deserve, which is normal portions, not ones that look like we are In A recession. I might not go back.........
Food is good but the lady owner of Pho Cali was rude. They have tables out front and with Covid, I’d rather not eat indoors so I asked for the Pho Cali soup to eat outside and the lady said no I will not serve you outside, I don’t want to go back and forth.Meanwhile, there was nobody in the restaurant.NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN
Love the Vietnamese bun bowls they have here! There's a good proportion of vermicelli noodles to veggies to meat to sauce. Also, their summer rolls are very good as well. The peanut sauce that comes with the summer rolls could be thicker, but the flavor isn't diluted. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. Service was fast and friendly. I definitely plan to come back and try their pho.
I give this place a 3.5 stars if you do eat there in the restaurant. We ordered takeout and the rice noodles got cold and stuck together. I ordered a rice dish with pork. It comes with fried eggs, dried onions, side dish with shredded carrots and cucumbers. My second order was a fillet mignon rare beef Pho. It came with a small packet of beansprouts, and basil leaves, jalapeno peppers (very small portion). Overall the dishes were very tasty, very small portions of meat(very small portion), and the dipping chili sauce is fantastic. The price is the downfall. For a Pho soup, the going price should be around 7-8 dollars. The rice dish was $13 and the Pho beef soup was $11.
I love the Pho here. It is fresh and hot. They do not use powder to make their broth they use good ole beef bones. A+
Pretty good, I really like their boba milk tea but it's a little pricey. I got a poke bowl this time around and it was pretty good. I normally go to big kahuna poke bowls which is my favorite poke bowl place, but this was a good alternative and is closer to me.Edit: deducting a star because the employees do not wear masks and they're handling food... Gross.
No dine in. Ordered meals for 4. Could not figure what went with what. Please label containers. This type of food is best for dine in. The cost of pho oxtail versus amount of oxtail in meal makes this dish a 'not recommended'. You are paying for market cost of oxtail, order something else. I'll be going back, food is fresh and flavorful.
Outstanding service, very clean, delicious teas and slushes!!
This is my favorite pho in Central Florida. It’s a family owned business and they keep the flavor in the food. I normally order the seafood pho but friends have raves about the vegetation options as well.
Went in to get milk tea and the workers aren’t wearing gloves or masks so we left. I don’t care, we’re still in a pandemic, they should be wearing both. Ended up leaving and probably won’t come back until they implement proper safety precautions.

My wife and I LOVE to eat at Pho Cali!! It does not matter what style of food you try there, everything from Pho to Fried Rice to salad dishes with fish sauce. We have never tried a dish here that we have not loved. The server Bo has a great personality and truly cares for his customers! Every time we come in he is there to greet us with a smile and recommend a favorite dish to try.Thank you Pho Cali for your hard work and great business!!!
Good prices and great service! I am not very familiar with Vietnamese food, but I think it's very delicious here with unique flavor.
really good food. Good service. lots of veggie options. Will definitely go back again. Giving an additional full star because they bring the payment device to you and accept Apple pay. Pho was good. Dumplings were good. And s were egg rolls.
My friends had been there and really liked it so I thought why not give it a try. The vegetarian soup I had was delicious! I also tried one of their milk teas which was delicious as well. All my loved their meals too.
I hate... no I loath getting pho to go, but today I had to because I was ill. This was the best I’ve ever had to go. Thank you
