So UNPROFESSIONAL for a business. I placed an order online, I kept waiting for my confirmation, never received. I called - no answer. Please guys - update your hours accordingly - very simple. Your food was good but your service not good. I had to order with Little Cesars - & will request my refund with my bank for this charge but no pizza from Pizza Rev ?

They couldn't be bothered to update their business hours or turn off mobile ordering. How was I supposed to know they would be closed at 3:00 PM? Now I wasted time and gas and have to get other food and figure out a refund...

. I used to love the previous owners but these new owners suck. I won’t get into the details about my past visits, but I check online today & it says they’re open.I call and it keeps ringing so I assume they’re busy. I place a $40 order online through their app. I get here and the place is closed. NO sign on the door by the way. I will most definitely be calling tomorrow to get it refunded if not I will just have to dispute it with my bank. Very disappointed this place has gone down hill since the previous owners and I used to love this place. There are certain things as a business owner you need to make sure are in place and one of those things is what time/days you’re open as well as making sure online orders are cut off when you’re not open. Crazy that this happened to someone else a week ago and they didn’t learn from that. Please stop opening businesses just for some money if you cannot fully operate it completely.

Not so good since it got sold to newer owners they have choppy The hours are never correct on Google. They open when they want and close when they want and never update the hours., food quality lowered they let the little girls cook but I thinks it’s a bad idea not as good as before at all they always mess up my food. I hate going there now it’s no longer convenient. They do not answer the phone during business hours at all. You have to waste your time to go way there just to be disappointed because 12-year-olds are going to cook your food and burn it and that’s it. It’s terrible.
Please for the love of all that is holy, UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS ON GOOGLE. And maybe CONFIRM that your online ordering system is turned off if you're not actually open.Looks like we're the 3rd or 4th people to leave reviews here about being able to place an order during posted open hours and then your store not actually being open when we try to call about the order (that has already been charged to my card).Google says you're open Sunday, its irresponsible of you not to confirm it, especially after several complaints.We will try to call the store in the next days, hoping you will be open at some point to try and receive a refund, or else I will need to do a charge back dispute with my card which isn't great for a merchant reputation.Please do better.
