We've had two situations at this Uno that prompted the staff to call us to clarify our orders. And both times the staff were amazing; friendly, courteous and helpful. We'll return just for the great customer service. Oh, and the pizza is fantastic! We like the Detroit as a tasty change from our usual haunts. The Caesar dressing is very very good and worth a try. Easy in easy out location too. Sign up as frequent diner and get lots of great coupons.

This place is amazing! One night, I ordered a small deep dish pizza for myself and my wife to share. I ended up driving to the wrong location and had to drive back to this location to pick up my pizza. I called to let them know that I would be arriving later than I originally indicated. After calling and speaking with Brennan, he apparently didn’t want me to eat old cold pizza so he made me a fresh one, AND let us keep the original one which we heated up in the oven and it tasted like new.The service and food here is ALWAYS amazing!”

Not AS good as i remembered it but still overall good pizza (and still surprisingly filling for such a small size)…service was outstanding…don’t plan on driving all the way down from New Smyrna Beach again anytime soon just for it, but would consider stopping by during one of my next few trips to Orlando.Vegetarian options: vegetablesDietary restrictions: i don’t eat pork so i went with the italian beef optionParking: there are only 1 or 2 designated spots because it’s a carryout type of establishment.

I recently ordered a salad, and to my dismay, it arrived with a napkin tucked inside. I find this both gross and unacceptable. Such oversights reflect poorly on the service quality, leaving me quite disappointed with the overall experience.

Pizza uno was pretty good. I ordered a pizza with eggplant on it that I didn't know had eggplant. I'm not a huge fan but that was my mistake everything else was delicious. I ordered Togo so the staff got my food super fast and I didn't wait long at all. I wish I could've ate inside the ambiance of the restaurant seemed great.

So it’s not awful, but it’s definitely not comparable to the UNO’s we went to in Chicago on Ohio & Wabash (the original location). We were excited to see that UNO’s decided to open a location right here in our home of winter park, but as soon as we bit into it we knew it wasn’t the same. The consistency and density of the crust and flakiness was different, and it was a turn off. The depth of flavor wasn’t there, and it felt similar to when we tried Giordano’s at the Orlando location, it just wasn’t good. (Although this wasn’t as bad as the Orlando Giordano’s, that of which, we didn’t even finish one slice, we just threw the whole pie away) so i have to say, we won’t be coming back here, and we won’t be recommending it either. We’ll just go back to eating NY style like we usually eat. Oh, I almost forgot, but their boneless chicken wings were pretty good.

Pizzeria UNO Winter Park is walking distance from my office and has quickly become a weekly staple. Brendan is a friendly employee who is helpful with phone orders and pizza customization ideas. The lunch special is a great deal and always delicious!

Deep dish? Yes, Pizza Hut deep dish from the mid 80’s. The crust taste good, but please don’t call this Chicago deep dish. $20 for two people not worth it.

I've had 3rd delivery from here twice. Both times, we had the Numero Uno and the Hawaiian. Both times, we had 2 excellent pies. If they were closer, I'd be a regular customer.
