I love Planet Smoothie! But the Winter Park location lacks in customer service. This is not my normal location, but I was in that area today and stopped in for my favorite smoothie. It did not taste good and was leaving a bad after taste in my mouth. I called the store to inquire what was added and he told me it was stevia. Why would you add stevia or alter the ingrediants without asking the customer first. I have this smoothie at least 2 times a week and I have never had an issue with how it's made, until today. This is not my first visit to this location with a not so good experience. Plus, I don't remember him asking me for my phone number so I can get my points.

If I can vote zero stars I would. The employees there are so rude and unprofessional. I ordered a smoothie this morning on the planet smoothie app and never got my smoothie I called the store and the employee was just rude to me and said since the order was picked up that’s not her problem. Like I paid for something I didn’t received or consumed and they don’t want to give me a refund. Never place online orders on this store. Their management sucks.

Ordered two smoothies and it's like the guy was skimping out on ingredients. Drinks tasted like straight blended ice with a hint* or flavored protein powder.
Came here on 4/10 to a locked door during business hours while the Open sign was lit. No explanation. I could see the owner walking around inside. If you’re closing early put up a sign or something..
