The other day I came by around 8:30 and the door was already locked even though the sign on the store clearly says it closes at 9:00 PM. The lights were on and the employee was inside but refused to let me in saying “they were done for the day” I went out of my way to make a stop here on my way home, so it’s really inconvenient when you close up early. If you’re going to close before your posted hours, then be honest and change the hours. Don’t waste people’s time.

This place used to be my go-to when I’m in Winter Park. But today, I witness how unprofessional the owner of this place was. I wish she wasn’t from my country but I was there ordering smoothie while hearing the owner talk bad about her own staff.
You can’t have a successful business without people and unless you want to be the person who owns and works there by yourself, you need shouldn’t talk bad about your employees! Especially if they don’t speak the same language!
I left the store feeling really bad for the employees.

I love Planet Smoothie! But the Winter Park location lacks in customer service. This is not my normal location, but I was in that area today and stopped in for my favorite smoothie. It did not taste good and was leaving a bad after taste in my mouth. I called the store to inquire what was added and he told me it was stevia. Why would you add stevia or alter the ingrediants without asking the customer first. I have this smoothie at least 2 times a week and I have never had an issue with how it's made, until today. This is not my first visit to this location with a not so good experience. Plus, I don't remember him asking me for my phone number so I can get my points.

If I can vote zero stars I would. The employees there are so rude and unprofessional. I ordered a smoothie this morning on the planet smoothie app and never got my smoothie I called the store and the employee was just rude to me and said since the order was picked up that’s not her problem. Like I paid for something I didn’t received or consumed and they don’t want to give me a refund. Never place online orders on this store. Their management sucks.
