Planet Smoothie near me was just okay. Smoothie tasted fine, but the place was warm and stuffy—no AC running. Gave off “mall going out of business” vibes. Not awful, but I wouldn’t go out of my way. It's a shame since normally planet smoothie is a favorite place for a sweet treat.

Terrible customer service! The gentleman, was rude, and when I gave him my order he ignored my request and said that he had 5 college degrees! Management needs to find another employee, he did not want to give me his name!!

Why isn’t planet smoothie out of business? This was the worst smoothie I had for 10 dollars it tasted like ice with a hint of strawberry if you looking for something sugary and savory this is not the place for it. If you looking for a place to waste money and drink tasteless bad texture things come here.

This place is absolutely dog shit. Uber eats order açaí bowl this is the second time they put 1/2 scoops of acia in. There is more air than Açaí.

I really want to like this place because it’s so close to me, but after years of giving it the benefit of the doubt, I’ve finally given up. The quality is consistently poor, and the experience is frustrating every time.

First, the hours are completely unreliable. You can place an online order, drive over, and find the store closed with no explanation. This has happened multiple times. The staff turnover is so high that I’ve never seen the same employee twice, and unfortunately, that inconsistency shows in the drinks. My smoothies are either made wrong, watered down, or just taste off. There’s also a strange smell inside that makes waiting uncomfortable.

I would love to support a business that’s so convenient, but I’d rather drive further away for a smoothie that’s actually worth it. It’s disappointing that this location has been like this for years with no improvement.

I had a terrible experience at Planet Smoothie on Saturday, January 18th, at 1:45 p.m.

I stopped by to pick up an online order. The store was empty, but the young woman working behind the counter never greeted me. She kept taking orders and making smoothies as if I weren’t there.

I finally caught her attention and showed her my Uber Eats receipt. She just said, “Oh,” and walked to the back. When she returned, the plastic bags containing my orders were spilling out.

I told her we needed to open the bags because they didn’t look right. She said, “Why do I need to open them?” I explained that it was spilling, and she said, “Okay, so what.” Then she asked me why I was yelling. I told her I’m from New York and that I talk loud, and there were also several blenders going. She started yelling at me saying I was too loud, and at that point I told her it was fine, that I would just take the food as is because I didn’t trust her remaking anything. So, I left.

This is the worst smoothie place I’ve ever been to. I wanted to try Planet Smoothie because I was already familiar with Smoothie King, but I thought PS was a Florida thing so I figured let’s be authentic today lol.

Anyway, I’ recommend sticking to the places I know if your in the area or avoid this location altogether. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all just for their terrible customer service they should be closed down

The experience was amazing, they greeted us as we entered and the place was clean. It was our first time coming and the lady gave us a few recommendations, my boyfriend and I got the twig and berry and it was delicious. It's strawberries, banana, and frozen yogurt. We loved it so much we went to get another two different one, my boyfriend got the road runner and I got the cookie cruncher. The road runner was a bit bitter but she added a bit of sweetener and it was delicious. The cookie crusher taste just like cookies and cream with 50 grams of protein, honestly very awesome. Highly recommend this place.
