Terrible customer service everyone there looks miserable and like they hate working there never gonna buy from here again don't even smile or make you feel like you wanna spend money here spent my money and instantly regretted it

Today at approximately 6:30 I went in with my daughter ordered 2 Mountain Man Crunch they were both super thick ,super sweet with peanut butter ,no granola and was not cold , low on ice . Next time I will watch them make my smoothie and not sit down .

Mr. and Mrs. Rivera are awesome! I go out of my way every day to stop by the store. They have the best ingredients, the best customer service, and by far the cleanest restaurant I wouldn’t waste your time going to any other Planet Smoothie besides this one!!

Probably the worst smoothie I've had from planet smoothie yet. I went in here very early in the morning with my brother and husband. The girls working, were rude, and didn't even know how to greet anyone or say have a great day. They made us pay in 3 separate transactions, when I told them I had an allergy they didn't seem to know that they're suppose to use a sanitized cleaned blinder from the back. I ordered a chocolate Elvis which I paid 10 dollars for, which they over blended to the point where it isn't a smoothie consistency, they forgot the PB, it actually just taste like water. I had to throw pb in a blinder at home and fix my own 10 dollar smoothie. Highly disappointed. I wouldn't even come back here for a remake.

I just wanna say the managers hold tips from employees which is illegal and they determine whether or not you earned your tips which in my opinion is utterly ridiculous.

Simply delicious spot, freely mix up the fruit to your liking. Perfect place for custom smooties.

It's great here. Great customer service, and the drinks are amazing. I got the mango passion, and even my boyfriend enjoyed it.

We came in to get smoothies for breakfast and the service was super quick! Estelle was so helpful in helping us know what options we had and what we would like. We loved the PB blues meal replacement smoothie ?

Love this place! Super awesome and attentive staff and the smoothies are delish!
