Smoothie bowls were amazing! And the owner Louis was the best to work with. So kind and bent over backwards to accommodate our dance team. He was very punctual in his delivery. I couldn’t recommend this planet smoothie enough.

My first time dropping in, had an amazing experience. The man who makes these smoothies goes out of his way to make sure you get the smoothie you want describing the options in great detail and even letting you sample. He is clearly passionate about his job. My drink was fresh and filing.

Planet Smoothie near me was just okay. Smoothie tasted fine, but the place was warm and stuffy—no AC running. Gave off “mall going out of business” vibes. Not awful, but I wouldn’t go out of my way. It's a shame since normally planet smoothie is a favorite place for a sweet treat.

Terrible customer service! The gentleman, was rude, and when I gave him my order he ignored my request and said that he had 5 college degrees! Management needs to find another employee, he did not want to give me his name!!

Why isn’t planet smoothie out of business? This was the worst smoothie I had for 10 dollars it tasted like ice with a hint of strawberry if you looking for something sugary and savory this is not the place for it. If you looking for a place to waste money and drink tasteless bad texture things come here.

This place is absolutely dog shit. Uber eats order açaí bowl this is the second time they put 1/2 scoops of acia in. There is more air than Açaí.

I really want to like this place because it’s so close to me, but after years of giving it the benefit of the doubt, I’ve finally given up. The quality is consistently poor, and the experience is frustrating every time.

First, the hours are completely unreliable. You can place an online order, drive over, and find the store closed with no explanation. This has happened multiple times. The staff turnover is so high that I’ve never seen the same employee twice, and unfortunately, that inconsistency shows in the drinks. My smoothies are either made wrong, watered down, or just taste off. There’s also a strange smell inside that makes waiting uncomfortable.

I would love to support a business that’s so convenient, but I’d rather drive further away for a smoothie that’s actually worth it. It’s disappointing that this location has been like this for years with no improvement.
