I've been coming to Powerhouse since I moved back to the city. And let me tell you when it comes to family owned and the best Mediterranean food on Park avenue you can't go wrong.
I work in the area in order from the office often. It's never an issue to accommodate large groups or large orders for that matter. I tell you for such a small stuff they sure do an excellent job and pumping food out and having your orders ready when you're in a hurry to get back to work or ordering for the office.
I think it's very important to support family owned small businesses, and this family has been here as a staple on Park avenue for many years from what I'm to understand and now it's easy to see why. Definitely a customer for life and definitely recommend!

I have been a customer of Powerhouse Cafe for 14 years! Let me say, throughout the last 14 years we’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go. Especially in the Winter Park area! It’s the small owned businesses like this and owners like George that make the experience of dining out or eating out on the go worth it! He’s not an owner hiding in an office, he knows his customers he knows their children and their grandchildren!
I love powerhouse because it has something for everyone the food is amazing. The menu offers a variety of healthy options from shakes that are vitalizing and energizing to a menu that’s low-calorie and Mediterranean, which is very good for you. From bodybuilder to those on a diet you’re going to find something that you love.
Hands-down, if you’re looking for personable and amazing service, a menu that’s sure to beat those on any street corner and good for you, then look no further!
Powerhouse is a great spot for a quick healthy lunch in downtown Winter Park. I love their chicken salad, hummus, and falafel. Always delicious food and friendly service. Their smoothies are great too.

Their menu is so refreshing and so delicious! They have a great menu of Mediterranean food as well as a large selection of smoothies. And if you’re calorie conscious, this place is a great option!
Not only is their menu really good, their service is amazing! When we asked for something that’s no longer available they gifted us with an appetizer on the house. The owners are so kind and friendly.
This is a big recommend! Blueberry Magic and Nutty Nutella smoothies are SCRUMPTIOUS! ♥️
