Power house is my favorite place on park ave! The smoothies are so refreshing and delicious! Not only is the food great too but the atmosphere! They are so welcoming and decorate for all the holidays! Power house never goes wrong!!

Came here from the reviews and I agree with them. Delicious and healthy; tastes like something I would make at home. The ingredients are all fresh and healthy. They make the smoothies from scratch and don’t add any extras like sugar to them.
Glad that there is this option in the city where you can grab something healthy.
Had the Powerhouse Sandwich with chicken and it was really good that I ended up getting a second one as I was hungry. It’s hard to find a healthy food option here in Orlando so was really excited to find this place. Would definitely come back the next time I visit here.

Love it, highly recommended place to those who are craving delicious and well made food with good ingredients (which is hard to find here).

We visited around 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Service was quick and George was an amazing personality. We ordered the powerhouse salad, a wrap, and a grilled cheese. The powerhouse salad was delicious and just the right amount of food for a lighter lunch, as well as the wrap. The grilled cheese was a bit on the bland side, could have used a bit of butter on the bread. We didn’t try a smoothie but they looked great.
