My family was starving and decided to go Rise on our way home. We ordered inside at the WP location very friendly staff btw. We got our food soon after so it was a good wait time. We walked down the street to our car to eat as it was cold outside. We opened the boxes and we're completely shocked by the burnt chicken and fries. We just placed an order through Uber Eats. My husband loves your breakfast sandwiches but we could not get away this morning so we were excited to see your store was available for delivery. I tried to give this feedback through their app but there was no way - I got a Buffalo chicken biscuit and the chicken was raw. VERY raw.
