A little unhappy with the experience. Been here plenty of times over the years, but today I really was able to see the personality of the business. I was served partially raw chicken parm, but I was hungry and had a few bites before I noticed. I let them know, it was brought to the owners attention, they apologized, and re-served a new one which I appreciate. While I’m not asking for anything free, I would have liked to seen more acknowledgment or something offered. Take it for what it’s worth, but that’s what to expect. Personally, I will now look for a new spot. That’s my personal recommendation as well. My wife against my request, went in back in after dinner to provide feedback. She left feeling like the feedback was not acknowledged, but felt disregarded and was given a “what else to you expect from us” attitude. The ball was definitely in their court. This was a $400+ meal by the way, in no way was this a cheap meal or us being cheap. Just unhappy customers for how the situation was handled for the cost.

This was an outstanding experience that we had at Rocco’s. We had a party of 18 that can be very difficult to give good service to. They exceeded all our expectations with great service, incredible food that everyone was pleased with and amazing desserts! I only wish I could give 10 stars in each category and did not get the names of who waited on us, (hope you read this) service was great!!

Went for our anniversary for the first time, looking for authentic Italian meal. The server was on point, attentive and thorough. The food was good but lacked in presentation overall considering the price point. The Pappardelle Cinque Terre was my fave dish, plenty of seafood, good sized pieces and fresh pasta with a delisih sauce. The bruschetta was unfortunately very soggy, and a but lacking in flavor, but the balsamic drizzle was very good. The cannoli was absolutely delish!!! We would probably give it another artificial it was a convenient option, but not likely to go out of our way to dine here again.

This place is a hidden treasure in Orlando. The food was amazingly tasty. Reminded me of Little Italy in NY. The service was great. Already planning on going back soon,

Great Italian joint - felt like sitting down at Grandma's, except that Grandma went to culinary school.

A perfect blend of classy and homey.

I went here to celebrate my grandmother's and my cousin birthdays on Tuesday. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it wasn't good at all. My chicken taste like rubber my noodles we're cooked too long and they didn't put enough Alfredo sauce. The only thing that was good was the beer. My aunt's and the first lady of our church there food came out cold. This place was a nightmare. They charged between 35.00 to 60.00 for a meal and the food taste like it's a T.V. dinner that you can buy from the dollar store. I will never visit this restaurant again. This was my family's first and last time going to this restaurant. We will go to the Olive Garden. Then everyone in our party's had to leave a 20% tip. Do not eat here do not celebrate any special occasions here you will be disappointed. The food sucks and the food is microwave.

We were so disappointed last night here. Service was Great- but- salad dressing tasted like apple cider vinegar & little else? Bread crust was SO hard, the olive oil didn’t soften it?! Seemed old, warmed up. Husband’s chic breast was very dry, rigatoni was chewy, not cooked totally? Mine was supposed to have linguine, had spaghetti- tasted chewy, not fully cooked?! Sauce was nothing special. Took half of both home but threw out.Sorry just honest. Won’t be back, which is sad- it was a special place for us yrs ago.

An upscale italian restaurant in Winter Park. A bit expensive ($60 an Osso Bucco), flavors are a bit bland, but beautiful presentation and excellent service. The appetizers and desserts are smaller than in other similar places, not shareable unless they say per due. The lobster ravioli is nice, but the vodka sauce was bland. The rissottos were also a bit tasteless, but ok. We really enjoted the dessert and coffee. The owner makes sure everything is ok, which we appreciate. In general, a nice menu, just a bit expensive.

We were delighted ti find this local gem in such a densely populated restaurant area. Tucked away in a courtyard off Orange Ave in WP, we were greetef with such warmth and hospitality. Entertainment added nicely to the genuine Italian atmosphere, reservations recommended.

Beautiful restaurant with extremely friendly and attentive staff. Even the owner was there during our visit and made a point to ask us about the food and wish us a good day on our way out.The food was absolutely delicious, honestly some of the best Italian restaurant pastas we’ve ever had.The cannoli and tiramisu was amazing and owner server, Joseph even threw in a complimentary Lava Cake for us since we were stuck between those 3 dessert items. It is unfortunate that some of the negative reviews here seem to be so harsh for no good reason, some being simple misunderstandings or just complaining that the seasonal menu changed, which of course it did. It’s a seasonal menu.Overall, absolutely give it a try, we will be dining there again.

Excellent service, pleasant, tasty and wonderful food, I might say real Italian. The attention of the host, the chef and the owner Rocco is unparalleled. We started with a mixed omelette, pappardelle with Cinque Terre and Tuscan pappardelle with an unimaginable taste and Italian flavour. Finally a cannoli. Congratulations to everyone for your attention.Excellent service, pleasant, tasty and wonderful food, I could say vero Italian.
