Rosati's Pizza

Pizza is awesome but DO NOT order delivery. They use door dash and have had numerous problems. Took nearly 90mins. Of course the pizza was barely warm. They gave me a $7 credit on a future order, sadly I had tipped more than that. Absolutely hate having to tip before service. Dasher left the pizza on door step without knocking or ringing the bell. Since I ordered thru the restaurant there is no compensation from door dash for their crappy driver. I like ordering thru the businessis because usually they get more of the money and the pricing is usually better.

Avoid delivery from here, my pie was cooked an hour ago, and sat for an hour, before driver could be found? Strange, but at the 1 hour mark, also texted the 'driver', who almost immediately responded, collected the pizza, with other 2 stops before delivery. Order placed 6:30, arrive 7:47

Also, if delivery request are numerous in a short period, perhaps communicate delay with customer.

Good pie, very poor delivery service, just driver over, pick it up, drive home, enjoy.

I ordered a gluten free pizza with green olives, mushrooms and bacon. The pizza didn't have the correct toppings except bacon. The pizza didn't have mushrooms and had black olives

I grew up in Chicago and I am so friggin happy that Rosatis has come to central Florida! The pies are amazing and it’s a little taste of heaven! The winter park location is so much better than the Apopka location because they offer coupons while Apopka doesn’t do it at all.

pleasant spot with a stately adorned interior. ornate wooden walls and cielings make you feel like there could be a couple of dons in a back room discussing something. I had 2 slices of cheese & pepperoni pizza which were both thick, rich and saucy (and very good). oddly, they don't serve iced water in a cup which is basically a staple for any dine-in restaurant so for that reason alone 4 rather than 5 stars for the service but other than that it's a great place and I nonetheless highly recommend it 👌🏼💯

Amazing customer service the lady at the register was really nice and the pizza was even better, my friend ate like 7 slices alone I couldn’t believe it. Will definitely come again soon!
