Ruth's Chris Steak House

Went here for a girls night out while a friend was visiting from out of town. Everything and everyone was amazing. We took advantage of the happy hour before moving to our table. The bar staff was attentive and accommodating. At out table our sever Reginald was amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, and had an amazing personality. If you dont drink I highly recommend the blueberry mojito mocktail. For appetizers we had the ahi tuna and crab cakes both of which were delicious. Management was present and active helping servers, hostesses, and bar staff as well as doing table visits and checking in with customers. Our steaks were delicious, our chef Angel did an incredible job! I like my steak Pittsburgh style and it was perfect nice and rare in the middle with just the perfect blackened crust. For us this was quite a splurge but worth every penny! Definitely recommend.

Amazing experience for my first year anniversary. Will be celebrating every anniversary or occasion at Ruth Chris.

Had a great Anniversary dinner. The service and food was excellent. Damian, our server, made it an outstanding experience, very attentive not only with our table but I notice he paid equal attention to all his tables. We will definitely be back.

The bussers were extremely rude to me after they walked into me not paying attention, he said slurs about my mother and he ruined my whole experience and night

It was good not outstanding like the one in St Pete. Some of the food came to the table cold the potatoes were undercooked and the crab cakes were dry. The veggies were good. The service was very good.

Great food, great service. The $60 3-course special was well worth it. Our server, Matthew, was very attentive and friendly. Really great service.

We arrived at the time of our reservation and we still had to wait more than 1 hour for a table. They are super disorganized. This completely ruined the positive vibe of our celebration dinner. This is supposed to be an upscale dining experience but it was more like a factory where they are trying to churn through as many customers as possible. Every time we asked about our table, they said it was almost ready. If they told us it would be an hour, we would have gone somewhere else. But they wanted our money so they didn’t do that.

Average food. Nothing noteworthy. Service was mediocre. Lack luster experience for the level of establishment.

Wonderful experience, great food, busy restaurant, lots of activity but conversation over diner still possible. Food was served piping hot, and service was attentive. Drinks were kept full and wine options were fabulous. We'll be back.

We enjoyed a beautiful evening ! Fine dining and nice conversation . Our server did a tremendous job by personally selecting a cocktail of his choice , per request . His service was exceptional altogether! I appreciate the added touch to the table in regards to celebrating a birthday . That was very appreciated. We will be back. Lynesha

Loved the food, drinks and service. Ambience could be similar to the renewed Ruth's Chris we are used to visiting.

The team they have at this location is second to none. Everyone seems to just get what people expect from a restaurant with a name as big as ruths chris.

We ate in Bar Area Jan2, ‘26… our Server was Haley! Who is EXCELLENT… We both ordered off Happy Hour.. we ordered 7 Happy Hour dishes and my husband also ordered steak sandwich. I also ordered the fries. They arrived Totally Charred to the crisp to where you SEE outside all black and absolutely no potato left inside when you bit into fry. My husband WAS especially mad and reported it to Haley who WAS very kind and appeared to understand.
Then we found everything ELSE we HAD ORDERED was smothered and SOAKED in Sooooo much butter, oil, grease… grease…. Grease… that after consuming 3 of the 7 entree… our GI tract was so full of GREASE and Burmese sauce that the upset and flatulence ……we had to RUSH out of there! Plus Bar area is SO LOUD.. with bar attendants using shakers, blenders…tossing ice about & clanging Glassware and dropping silverware 🍴 🍴 🥄 🥄 all ove & staff flying around just few feet away.. it was not at all peaceful, relaxing or enjoyable AND especially NOT relaxing as our booth WAS soooooooo close to bar. NEVER EVERrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr EVER EVER .. E V E R are we coming to RC again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I went here for a new year’s dinner. The staff were very friendly and we were greeted right away. Our reservation was for 6 pm and we were seated 10 minutes early. Our waiter Tony was great and helped us with all our needs. The food was lackluster and lacked flavor and presentation, the steak was cooked incorrectly and was made rare instead of medium. Tony quickly took the steak back and finished cooking it for us. The cocktails were good, the sprite was kind of flat. My scallops were good but the risotto was cooked inconsistently and was hard in some bites. The total bill ended up being almost 300 dollars and I just felt like the food was disappointing at best.
