Went yesterday for the first time and I was extremely pleased with the food and service! The general manager was very professional and helpful as it was my first time here. This place will be a huge success as long as they keep that amazing team and leadership around

The tenders were cooked perfectly. Not much flavor to the breading, but it probably needs to be kind of neutral because of all the different sauces. The smokey bacon ranch was tasty. They are new, so that explains why the service was slow at the drive through. They weren't exactly a well oiled team. The on-line ordering is atrocious. You have to order at least an hour in advance and you can't select pick-up at the drive through instead of inside. The puff pastries did not have an enjoyable texture. Kind of tough and chewy. The roll was just a cold piece of bread. Not sure what I expected, but kind of strange. They could have gave me some butter or something with it. The chicken and my sauce were pretty good, but the service and side items have room for improvement.

What a beautiful store! And the atmosphere was amazing. The employees were happy and attentive and my chicken tenders were delicious. My favorite sauce is the smoky bacon ranch.

My first time… got a Sammie, like a sandwich, and got the ranchero one. It was on a Kings Hawaiian roll, hot and tasty. Then tried the chickito, like a soft taco, my favorite with Caesar dressing, Huge tender inside and also very good. And then some fries with queso on top. Covered in cheese, yum. I really like the new place and it was packed for lunch, but they were really quick. Will come back again and maybe try some of their “puffies” for dessert 😊

As a fast food chicken tender place they did a good job. Everything had good fresh flavor, including the jalapeno pesto ranch sauce I selected. The French fries were seasoned well, and were hot and crispy. The chicken tenders were cooked perfectly and had really good flavor, the batter was crispy and tasty. The price was reasonable. The service was prompt and courteous. The portions were reasonable. Overall, I would recommend and will visit again. Let's hope they pay their lease so they stay open for a good while.

Not sure I understand the point in this rebrand. You got rid of relatively good chicken tenders for KFCs herbs and spices amd for who? The sweet and spicy Korean sauce was fine I guess but the tenders were not very tender. They were tough actually. This was a miss. Also, the rewards are online only and there’s no way to earn them by ordering at location. I was low key told to park and place my order if I want to get rewards. Lmao. Hawaiian roll as the bread choice was also a miss.
