my boyfriend and I went into the Shake shack in Winter Park tonight and we were really amazed. We absolutely love Shake shack and have been to many throughout the state, but this one was very different. As soon as I walked in, the employee Regis met me by the ordering station and suggested some new menu items. My boyfriend actually tried the new pimento cheese cheeseburger, and it was absolutely delicious. Throughout the course of our time there, Regis checked in on us many times and engaged in conversation with us. I feel like you don't see this kind of customer service very often, and I really think Regis should be recognized for his outstanding customer service and wonderful personality.

Our food took forwver to come out, was cold, and one person did not get their food at all. And could we get our drinks first? Waiting a half hour for my drink was rough.

The staff here is always super nice, the foods yummy. I usually just get the regular burger with a strawberry shake. I was surprised by how big the location actually is on the inside, there’s outside seating for a cute lake view.

I arrived around 9:40PM with my siblings. Went in to order and got nasty glares from some of the PM workers. The wait for our meal wasn't long. When we got home to eat our burger, the amount of salt that was on all of our burgers (2 shack burgers, 1 veggie) was extreme. It was not a satisfying experience. I don't know how they are during the day but at night I would be careful.

We love this place! You want a great burger, the French Onion is delicious! Their crinkle cut fries, either plain or the Parmesan fries, are an added delight the burger. And don’t forget the drinks. I recently had the Black & White shake, it was like rich fudge sundae! My daughter had the Cookies and Cream, fantastic!
So if you haven’t been here, you need to go. You will definitely want to return again and again. Thank you Shake Shack!

Friendly staff. Multiple workers asked if we’ve been helped. Order 6 shakes all came out at the same time and fresh. Went back the next night bc the banana pudding shake was so good.

Have to say, the view out back can really set a chill vibe that is relaxing, in the right company. 🍌 banana pudding shake was delish and you really cant go wrong choosing a burger. If its your diet cheat day, DEFINITELY HIT THIS PLACE UP.

As one of the few Shake Shack locations around Orlando, this restaurant is always busy. It takes a while for food to come out, regardless if ordered at the kiosk or online.
However, the seating is great, outdoor seating is right next to a beautiful lake and they have ping pong and shuffleboard games in the restaurant.
Food is good, but the star of the show are the shakes.

It’s a nice place right on a lakefront. The food was served quickly and it tasted great. My only complaint was that the hamburger patties seemed a little small.
Even so, I’ll go again and again!
