We had a fantastic experience last night celebrating our daughter‘s birthday. It has an elevated vibe, and you can make the experience as fun as you want to. We had so much fun! The chefs and servers are happy, impeccable and gracious. The food was simply fantastic for all your senses. We further elevated the experience with fresh truffles from Italy, A5 Wagyu beef, and the Voyager wine pairing. Shout out to the team, Tony, Gama, Nick, Lexi, Matthew, Colin, Jordan, Vanessa and Leila. Please be aware this is a special experience and it is very very very expensive. Highest recommendation.

Interesting omakase concept. Few appetizers dishes first. Using caviar on top. Nigiri sushi was slight edomae style. Shari is a combination of Shiro and akazu. Temp was touch colder for my taste. Shari tightness was OK. Amount of shari was large, so I need to request a chef to reduce it. Fish-quality wise Otoro from ehime Japan was good considering its farm raised. Isaki was excellent choice. Uni quality was OK. Aji was not well prepared at all. Japanese beef was well prepared (even though edomae sushi omakase never gives you beef dish in a course)..this is not traditional edomae omakase, but overall it was a reasonable omakase experience. I like to have more good nigiri sushi of fish choices, and I was quite disappointed that they did not have Gari, instead gave us pickles, and the desert which included ginger bread (which is not matching at all with edomae sushi style). But I may give a try here in the future.
2nd time here. Enjoyed. Unique and creative combination. Different from sushi omakase, but more like kappo style. I recommend this place. Sushi was good Shari and fish combination. Interesting appetizers. Masaba and Kasugodai were great. Wish they offer Kohada. Tuna is from Spain, so farm raised and too oily. Only negative was that I was not offered to see a drink menu until I asked my waitress after 2nd course food offered. She needs to be more attentive to customers. Nonetheless I enjoyed here.

Absolutely loved Soseki and can't wait to go again! The meal starts off with amazing small bites. I think my favorite of the three was the ninoyaki (creme fraiche and onion jam). It was an explosion of flavor. The nigiri was also so tasty. The wine pairing selected by Colin were on point. Overall, all the chefs as well as Colin made the experience fun and even educational.

Everything about this place was amazing. Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was out of this world and beautiful. I definitely see where they get their Michelin star rating and it is well deserved. We did the wine pairing and it really elevated the experience. I highly recommend this place!

Soseki’s To - Go Chirashi box is “out of this world”! This rice and sashimi bowl has been my firm favorite for many years. I’ve been fortunate to enjoy Chirashi bowls in many outstanding Japanese restaurants around the world including in Japan. Soseki’s I now rate as the very best.
