I originally booked Sprinkles Custom Cakes to make a wedding cake and grooms cake for my February 2022 wedding. I was notified in early January 2022 that Sprinkles was changing to Tru Cakes. I was promised I would still receive the same level of service, the same flavors, etc. Tru Cakes did do a decent job communicating with me in the days leading up to the wedding.
