I went into this store early this afternoon to buy three beverages. As always, the menu is quite diverse and offered a great variety of beverages, both hot and cold. Also, as always, the barista/servers were very helpful, friendly, and professional. What made this particular visit stand out, however, was a young man named AARON. I saw him bringing supplies from the back of the store to the serving area and then go to other parts of the store where he meticulously wiped down and cleaned all the services where people’s food and cups might touch. I was quite impressed with his efforts. As a retired Judge, most of the young men that I had seen of AARON’s age were in court because they were either hurting someone, stealing from someone, or doing drugs. In this case, I saw a young man working during the holidays, making the restaurant comfortable for others. I went over to him and asked his name and told him how much I respected what he was doing. His conduct in the store was so different than the conduct that I was used to seeing exhibited by young men who appeared before me in court. In my opinion, AARON is a definite asset to this store. Banana bread, cinnamon coffee cake is highly addictive. I like how Starbucks offers refils. I was visiting from Canada and I had a wonderful time. Great food, coffee and friendly service

To the staff: your grace does not go unnoticed. You are the quiet stewards of comfort in a world too often cruel.

I frequent Starbucks in various locations. Stopped in this one to get a cup of water. They said they have them but won’t give me one unless I buy something. I asked if I could buy a cup of water and they said no. Seriously? It’s 90 degrees in Florida right now and you are going to lose a customer over a 10 cent cup of water…

Stopped at Starbucks on Park Ave to get an iced water and was told they couldn’t give it to me unless I bought something. I said I’ll pay for the iced water. I wasn’t asking to get it for free and they told me no. Since when do they refuse to let you buy iced water??? Yet they are handing out trays and trays free coffee samples. So disappointing Starbucks.

This location is Always out of ice coffee. So I got a venti ice late instead and was charged for such, to get a grande instead.
There’s always a line and I just didn’t feel like making an issue about it but like, just do it right? Always an issue at this location.
