I frequent Starbucks in various locations. Stopped in this one to get a cup of water. They said they have them but won’t give me one unless I buy something. I asked if I could buy a cup of water and they said no. Seriously? It’s 90 degrees in Florida right now and you are going to lose a customer over a 10 cent cup of water…

Stopped at Starbucks on Park Ave to get an iced water and was told they couldn’t give it to me unless I bought something. I said I’ll pay for the iced water. I wasn’t asking to get it for free and they told me no. Since when do they refuse to let you buy iced water??? Yet they are handing out trays and trays free coffee samples. So disappointing Starbucks.

This location is Always out of ice coffee. So I got a venti ice late instead and was charged for such, to get a grande instead.
There’s always a line and I just didn’t feel like making an issue about it but like, just do it right? Always an issue at this location.

It's a really interesting cold world we live in unfortunately where people just don't care anymore. When someone reads this I hope it's Starbucks or the someone who cares I just got here to central Florida 3 days ago. And I just had to be relocated to Orlando I came from Los Angeles I watched my entire city burn down to the ground and God holy shit I miss my home so much. I lost my home, due to a wildfire, and I was one of the unlucky people I was introduced to Winter Park because I was told it was the closest place in the area to Beverly Hills. It's heartbreaking because what I'm about to write is this is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life at any Starbucks. I walked in I was so nice. The girl didn't ask me even what size I wanted for a vanilla bean cream and she talked to me like I was stupid or nobody after I had my heart ripped out of my chest from a WILDFIRE IN LOS ANGELES. I watched 4 people come in behind me and they all got drinks before before me. And the 4th were two young girls and they got their drinks and than mine was made. I walked out and I paid for my drink and I didn't even get. That SUCKS. I called and asked for a supervisor or store manager and the person who picked up got extremely aggressive with me on the phone and just flat out did not care and was ruthless on the phone and I was hung up on. It's ashame we live in a world with people like this. Every day is a new day. And their will always be a tomorrow I wish I could hop on a plane and go back home to Los Angeles.

kai is literally the best barista ever, he genuinely made my day so much better. he was so helpful and sweet, i couldn’t have had a better coffee run then this. he offered great suggestions (i got a caramel latter iced) and overall it was just a great experience.
