Lately this place is closed every other day or every day, in the middle of the day because of “issues”. You need to get this store up and running like before. This month it has being more closed than open. It’s a shame it doesn’t have better management. Only because the bathroom doesn’t work there is no need to close the store.

This starbucks is always such a hit or miss, they usually do such a good job and the employees are always checking up on you to make sure you got your order. But other times they mess up your drink order and give dairy milk instead of the non dairy alternative. They will sometimes not make my matcha correctly and it is not mixed correctly and clearly portioned wrong as well. Where the matcha powder is stuck to the bottom or bits of it floating at the top. When the drink is made correctly this will never happen. The pictures are the matcha powder at the bottom of the drink showing it was not made properly.
