I loved my experience at this Starbucks! Must be good Management! I ordered the vanilla sweet cream cold brew with stevia. When I placed my order, the individual was fun and chipper and then at the window very patient and kind!! I really enjoy having experiences with such great customer service!! Such a breath of fresh air!

Stop here almost every morning via drive-thru. Service is fast and quality is good when the order is right. Unfortunately between last week and this week I have had my drink order incorrect twice. I donât take a sip right away so I donât notice until after I am long gone. Ordered an iced chai today and got a milky coffee that I threw away. Some employees are very friendly but a couple are not as friendly (mixed bag).

Cayman and Sebastian were the BEST baristas! They made my daughterâs birthday special, and they made her birthday with her Pink Drink and drawing the cutest drawings all over her cup! I totally recommend this place, and I advise that everyone stop by and say hello to those two!

Drive through lady was incredibly rude to my daughter for ordering on her ap apparently too close to arriving and was told how she should have ordered at window to not hold up the line Was incredibly nasty in tone uncalled for rude My daughter explained she put it in a block ago and said maybe it didnât transmit and I just drove on my daughter didnât need to apologize or explain she needs to do her job and be nice to customers I will not go back there
Oh my goodness I could never express how wonderful the staff at this Starbucks is! The service and attention to detail is beyond any Starbucks experience I have ever yet to have. I frequent this Starbucks and have yet to have a better experience anywhere else. Kind, compassionate, friendly, and caring - every single team member of this Starbucks is a true star! đ€© Additionally, they are always so sweet to my puppy Gracie, and taking my pup to this Starbucks is one of the highlights of my week! đ©”
