The quality of drinks has gone down a lot in the past month. Both the peppermint mocha and cookie crumble frappuccino tasted watered down. Can't taste the coffee, espresso or even the peppermint syrup. The coffee was already overpriced as is, but now it's not even worth it.

I got the Pikes Place Grande delicious coffee it's perfect every time I go. I had the cinnamon coffee cake for my breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. Really goes well with the coffee I highly recommend it.

I order an iced pumpkin cream chai tea late and they give me the wrong think ??♂️because it was coffee and not what I ask for, this never happened before, I noticed one I get to work. Very disappointed
My drink spilled all over my car and I asked for a remake and they were so sweet and helpful making the drink so quick and even helping me clean my car. I wish I wasn’t in such a rush so I could get there names. The best experience I’ve ever had I pray they all get raises!!
