Totally unfriendly staff. Not just one but all 3 of them, tried being friendly and saying hi to them no response, barely a grunt. Also mobile coffee order was almost 10 min late and only after I asked about it. Barista then said “yeah, I can get that…”. Nothing. No hey sorry we’re running late, any sort connection. Def not enjoyable. Looking for a foxtail nearby & disappointed.

Negligence on the barista at 820am on Tuesday for not paying attention to the decaf request for a cortado (that's three shots, I'm not feeling well!). Take decaf requests seriously 😳 i should have known since my drink was ready right away.

I have been coming to this location for the past few months and it has been a fantastic experience. Store manager Cameron and the staff the are extremely considerate and welcoming. Every time I walk in is like I am visiting an old friend. The store is clean, well run (I always get my order within a minute), and is a great place to stop by to get the day started. Highly recommended.

I went through the drive-thru after placing a pickup order and noticed one of my coffees was darker than usual. I kindly asked for a small side cup of milk so I wouldn’t have to make them remake it. The young lady at the window was super sweet and said no problem, but I overheard someone named Mucah saying, “What does she want? No, don’t give it to her or it’ll be a latte.”
She came back and told me she couldn’t give me the milk unless I paid, which I agreed to, but then Mucah spent about 5–6 minutes trying to figure out how to charge me for it—just for milk! I was told it would be around $4, which is crazy. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes in the window while the line piled up. In the end, they just remade the coffee anyway without saying anything to me.
The girl at the window was extremely kind and professional—she deserves a promotion. Mucah, on the other hand, was rude and unprofessional. I’ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks. Disappointing start to my morning.

I enjoy coming to the location of Starbucks in Winter Park. They had plenty of seating. The staff was also very friendly and kind. They had a positive attitude and seemed that they were having a good time while working. The drinks tasted great and were made well. I got a cheese danish and it was really hot and cooked well. The inside of the store was very clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms are also very clean.

A truly spacious Starbucks. I usually use the drive-thru, but this time I sat outside and loved it. Their Pumpkin Spice Latte is delicious. You should try it!! The only problem is that it's slow to make, even though it's not crowded. Also, their baristas sometimes write on the cups, which really makes a good impression.

I've been a regular at this Starbucks for about a year now and usually have a great experience. However, today I placed a mobile order for a Spicy Falafel Pocket, Avocado Spread, and an Impossible Breakfast Sandwich — but I was given the Chicken Pocket and a regular Sausage Sandwich instead.
This is actually the second time I’ve ordered the Falafel Pocket and been given the Chicken one instead. I haven’t eaten meat in four years, so this mix-up is really upsetting and disappointing.
I hope this can be addressed so others with dietary restrictions don’t have the same experience
I went back to get the actual impossible and you can see the difference in the bread.

Came here (July 2nd 7:10 PM maybe you can figure out who was taking drive thru orders) and the girl taking orders was extremely rude over me trying to buy a water. Didn’t even offer an alternative as to what I could purchase to get the water. Just a super rude “NO.” And not another word went inside and the guy was nice and helped.
