So I don’t know if This is a trend here? Every time I visit this location there’s an issue customer service is terrible I’m not a confrontational person at all ! Being A person of color? Everyone acts surprisingly shocked! When I speak with management or very none shallot But the behaviors continues?

First time visit to this location. We were disappointed about the cleanliness and particularly the outdoor patio seating area . This space was filthy . Preferred outside seating but not after seeing .

Many times they get your order wrong…poor listening skills among some of the staff. Unwelcoming environment, I have gone there a few times now for tea and to do work…I have noticed they pick and choose who the greet and some of the girls specially, have a rude an unwelcoming attitude.

This Starbucks is fine, but I am very disappointed that neither of the bathrooms had a baby changing table. I think getting one put it is a better option than people changing their baby on one of the tables in the dining area, but I'm sure it will keep happening until a changing table is installed.

I love Starbucks but this one ripped me off. I purchased a grande cappuccino and it was half way filled. I know you’re in a hurry with the morning rush but please give your customers what they paid for. My apple crisp chai was also missing about two inches. Ridiculous

This is the best Starbucks around. They are always quick and efficient, especially when it is busy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They really do a good job here. Thanks!

Great Starbucks, a little hard to find parking and very tight but other than that great service very friendly clean location, the staff is nice and very helpful great atmosphere and drinks, the caramel Frappuccino is full of crunch and caramel blended to perfection, the mocha cookies one is full of cookies chocolate and whipped cream on the bottom and blended to perfection as well, nothing like Starbucks just perfection always!

3 store associates all seemingly floating around carelessly with no haste and or additional attention to the issues pointed out to which they messed up two additional attempts after getting it wrong the third time for the first time I literally asked for my money back as the only customer in the store I find the lack of pride in the positions they hold unacceptable

(Almost acted if they all maybe tried the same thing ) spacey and hard to focus

Cashier wasn’t able to input my order correctly saying I just can’t find the button

Barista failed 3 times making an iced espresso (not sure how can do that either)

this location is part of your reputations Demise as you can see I’m not the first to complain about this specific location.

If another location was open late I would have gone there instead

35 minute drive to be completely let down by this location and staff

They seem more worried about bandanas and hair color than producing quality work

I Grant

I placed a mobile order for an everything bagel today. I arrived at the location and was not greeted and when I was finally asked about the name on my order I was informed that it would be ready shortly. The bagel was ready but in the wrong location. The bagel was thrown on the counter and the individual walked away. I do not know how to explain how this makes me feel.
This is totally unacceptable. I requested a refund.
