I went to starbucks on my lunch break, I had asked if they were doing the free drink today and the lady at the counter said yes, for a tall hot or iced coffee. Got my hot coffee and they had the cream and sugar available for costumers on a counter for us to use, which was nice. She was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I also got a brown sugar cortado which was also amazing. There were seats available and it was a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Many people that were there were on their computers doing some work while enjoying coffee.

THE COFFEE WAS DISGUSTING. I ORDERED DBL EXPRESSO MOCHA LATE-HOT, ICED PEPPERMINT LATTE and scones. THERE WAS SILT, gritty IN THE COFFEE IT WAS GROSS!!! I THOUGHT IT WAS A ONE TIME THING since THE LAST TIME I ORDERED FROM SAME STARBUCKS!!
NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH! !!! ASK A QUESTION YOU GET A BLANK STARE. ITS LIKE THIS AT EVERY CONVENIENCE, DEPARTMENT STORE, GAS STATION AND RESTAURANT ON E HWY50 from I-4 to past ALAPHAYA TRAIL What good is cheap labor if you have no customers.

Went in and ordered my favs-dolce cinnamon latte and banana walnut slice warmed. The slice was good as always but can we talk about my latte? It was made to perfection and I have had it on 3 different occasions! I wish all locations were like this.The store was immaculate. The staff was friendly and the barista even asked if I wanted a topper when she noticed I was just leaving with my drink. Courtesy and thoughtfulness go a long way!

Talk about rudeness. Maybe hire some people that don’t have a rude attitude. The lady made sure to let me know that I didn’t order properly in the app… I ordered in-store instead of the drive-through…… Before Dutch Bros™ opened I used to go to Starbucks every single day, guess what I never heard anyone say to me, you ordered wrong. Rude workers!!! so thankful Dutch Bros™ is open and I go there now. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these rude people.. not to mention the drink with absolutely disgusting they added so much extra cream I couldn’t even tell it was coffee. What the heck.. asked her to please add more coffee to it because It was way too late. She then takes the drink. Says OK comes back, Doesn’t ask Is that better? Nothing, just hand me the drink. This is a black female with a very rude attitude. if there’s one thing Starbucks cannot afford now the Dutch Bros™ is right here, It’s to have rude workers who don’t know how to make drinks
Me and my mom are coffeeholics, but typically never go to Starbucks. So of course my mom was confused about everything. But our barista Riley was such a sweet heart!!! She gave suggestions and took back over the order when the other batista got snappy. Riley is so chill and so patient. We need more batista like her. ? Would suggest this location for sure.

I come to this Starbucks between three to four times a week and never had an issue before. But, on Sunday May 12th, the employee that was at the register at 10:00 am was extremely rude. I ordered a drink and they gave me another one and I told her it was wrong. She said “No, you didn’t order that” and got upset because I asked her to remake it. I love this place and I hope she can get proper training on how to handle customers.
