Called this place 6 times just to ask about in-store merchandise. The sixth time I called I was in the lobby and watched the Baristas ignore the call. No other customers in the store. Only store in the Orlando area that didn't pick up.

Not very good! Drinks were okay, but service was not great! It wasnt busy and it was raining one day and my fiance and I wanted to get a drink while we waited, but Vanessa took our order and she was in a bad mood or something, I’m not sure but she was huffing and puffing while taking the order. Plain out unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude…Edit: So I’m gonna edit my review because I just had the most pleasant experience with Sam. The nicest Starbucks employee I have met, not kidding! My order was taken with such such care and he treated every single customer the same way! This starbucks should consider giving Sam a big promotion!!!

It’s just me but I’ve never been able to understand the fascination with paying so much for a cup of Joe. By taking better care of my cash I can afford many things the average Joe thinks is financially out of reach. It’s just a matter of choices.

I order a white chocolate mocha and it didn't taste like it usually taste. I asked the cashier and she made a new one but the second one was worst. This is my usual drink, I know how it taste and it was like drinking hot milk with sugar.
