I have always get Starbucks coffee but today I went to this location for the first time, and all I can say it’s that I had the best experience. Wonderful taste, super friendly staff and fast service. Love it wish I live closer to this location that way I can keep buying here.
This location gives poor service and you don’t get what you pay for. I was given mostly cool whip in my cup and little to no drink. As you can see about to that first lil line that’s where my drink started it was all cool whip and I showed the lady at drive thru window and she made no attempt to to correct it

Was passing thru this Starbucks from out of state and the girl taking the order at the register was extremely rude to me never felt so unwelcome at a Starbucks this store definitely need to learn some customer service skills.

We come here every Sunday for breakfast. Usually a great place to come, today not so much. I asked to get my drink remade because I don’t think I got the quad shots I paid for. Eliza shouldn’t be working in customer service with the attitude she has. Sorry I paid $8.20 for my coffee I just wanted it correct. She asked her coworker with the most nastiest attitude what was wrong with the first one and had a stank face. If you’re working in public she maybe you shouldn’t do that are get another job!

Totally unbelievable! Sixty people working at this location and I have to wait over 10mins for one small coffee! Are you kidding me? I went to tampa airport Starbucks and only two people working there and they were able to get a line of people out in 5mins two people! So why does it take six and can't get a small coffee ready in less then 2mins? One girl was just throwing the food items that people order on the counter without letting anyone know their order was ready and the only person there that knew what they were doing was the only guy there so ladies if you want to see how it's really done then come to tampa airport and see how one girl manages to multitask and have five items done at once.

I came thru on Friday to get a caramel macchiato thru drive thru. CT made my drinks. I came inside to inform her that my drink was incorrect and had no foam. She then proceeds to ask me, “so what do you need, more milk? I then say no I need my drink made correctly. She rolls her eyes and then I ask Aiden for a refund. She is consistent in her horrible service and this is not the Starbucks premier service I'm used to. Daytime service is perfect but when you come after hours its as if they don't care. I will also be escalating this to corporate as well.

Worst Starbucks I ever visited the strawberry Açaí lemonade was bad she make it again still bad the cashier didn't want to refund the money or give me another drink managers need to address this errores I'm a fan of Starbucks I buy this drink everyday I know when they do it wrong or it's past due if you don't like your job just quit and go home isn't fair people waste money for something they did without good quality.

I dropped my iced coffe because i was trying to close the lid, it was completely my fault. They were so nice and cleaned it up and replaced my drink!!! I love this location, its also very pretty and clean inside. amazing place and service♥️!!
