The longest Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. 18 minutes to make a refresher and there was zero organization or priority to customers. There were 5 people working and it was completely unorganized! This will be my last time going to this Starbucks location due to the extended wait times and horrible service.

So the girl that helped me with my doordash order I hope I didn't creep her out starring at her but I couldn't help myself she was beautiful but I just felt a tremendous attraction too her I'm sure she will read this and I'm sure she will know who I am she commented on my hat lol I'm embarrassed 🥰

One of the worstttt experiences I’ve had at Starbucks in a long time. Apparently they’re understaffed, the barista Tyler was taking another walk up order as I was in line, I was told to hold on maybe 3 times, and on top of that it took 10 minutes to get my drink. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes before I even ordered.
Store manager Lisa needs to do a better job managing store and employees. Lots of out of stock items like water in the cold deli case. Barista Mark took 20 minutes to make a simple latte. Store wasn't even that busy. Definitely below par compared to other locations.

Got an iced cherry chai drink and quite possibly got the RUDEST service by this one tall woman who was aggressive in her communication. I felt like a nuisance to even ask it to be mixed since it was literally foam on top and the rest on bottom. It looked like two separate drinks. Never have I felt the need to leave because of how she was responding to my request…simply left my drink there. If you would like I will point out exactly who was rude to me. Hire someone who knows proper customer service!

This location is the prime location to come to, the people that work behind the counter are amazing. Very polite, hardworking, and makes sure they get your orders out in a timely manner. Every time I come, it’s always pleasant visit!

Today I ordered the hazelnut shaken espresso with 5 shots!! I love this drink! We always come here!!
Waited in the drive through for almost 25 min for 2 drinks.
I drive for DoorDash and a double order came too me. Each order had a separate drop off location. I pick up both orders and proceed too the first drop off only too find out that Starbucks put the sandwich from the order with the drink and sandwich for Andrea in the other lady’s order that was only supposed too be a drink. And when called Starbucks the lady literally said that it was a door dash problem now and not hers . It was very frustrating considering I lost my tip because of the mistake
I can definitely tell they are trying to change the service but for the new employees I would train them a bit more on bar. One girl made my macchiato very Milky & I’m a Starbucks supervisor & close relations with coporate - but I usually come inside undercover so they don’t take a hint like “oh no” Also the bathrooms are a bit dirty. They definitely don’t clean the 🚽 well. I would suggest Toilet liners! We have that at our location & it keeps it clean more than often & and EXTRA tissues in the bathroom!
Last note : the music is a bit loud. Maybe I’m just sensitive BUT I can’t stand loud music in cafes. It’s a bit overstimulating & hard to think
