Shift manager, Rosie just tried to give me a milkshake that she had incorrectly given to the car in front of me. That person, took it and put a straw in it, no idea if she drank. But I saw Rosie ask her for it back and then I saw Rosie swirling a new straw in there to try and make it look like it was new. I asked for a new one and she gave it to me but was very rude after that. Like it was my problem. 🤪

This rating went from q 5 to a 0! Updated it as the business changed. Placed an order online and half of the food was missing. Called many times and no one answers the phone…came to the store at a later time because I had to go to the airport and the manager on duty had the worse attitude ever. Started by explaining what happened told her my name and then she begins asking the same questions I already answered. TRACY has no customer service skills and should not be working as a manager let alone working at all. This business is not getting my money
What mess ratings up for me is the female African American manager was super rude & short tempered and short on patience. I went there excited I did a survey for a free milkshake to my disappointment the code supposedly don't work but I know I did it and been at work I want to use in now it invalid. I also Paid for a very high meal bcs I was think I was getting something free.. I felt played n disregarded n once I wanted a refund even more disrespected.. I try avoid drama but some folks push ya to the limit. Beware that manager is not a ppl person n hate her job... I worked a 12hr shift am I wrong for doing a survey n hope have my day end sweet
