That new manager Tracy is an embarrassment to Steak ‘n Shake and to customer service which she clearly lacks. The franchise owner who I have been told quit due to non payment from Steak ‘n Shake is a loss to this location. Shame on you.

Ordered two number 10 ask for heavy onions on one and no onions in the other. Check receipt before food came out and had to let them know receipt was incorrect. She gave me my food and said it was corrected. Open food to check it, it was still in correct had to toss the onions off my food. Left got down the street ate a fry and it was cold as heck. Had to turn around to let them know fries are cold. No apology or nothing i will never eat here again. I see why the reviews are very low next time. Check the review before you come to this location.

The lady at the drive thru was extremely rude when I went to order a kids cheese burger. I asked if I could get ketchup and mustard on it and was told kids burgers only come plain. I asked if I could get ketchup on the burger and was yelled at and told it only comes plain.

With the new touch system they've lost that customer service aspect. No real plates or silverware anymore and you have scan a QR code just to get a drink. The food was good but the atmosphere and service was subpar.

Worst night shift management I ever seen at a location. Cold food. I had missing items, talked to them about getting what I paid for just to wait another 15mins for more cold food. There wasn’t even anyone dining. Terrible service completely unprofessional. That manager Janet should be replaced.

I am a EMT, I came in today on my short lunch break. My partner and I go steak and shake, EVERY WEEK and have never have an issue. We ordered our food and the fries were cold. When I ask them to replace the fries, they bring back a batch that was CLEARLY thrown back into the fryer. When I spoke to the manager she said they was not thrown back in in the fryer but she lied. The fries was hard rock and there was no potatoe inside, CLEARLY due to them being old and reheated. The manager then went to the back kitchen to talk crap, heard her loud and clear. Worse steak and shake experience ever. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
