One of the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Staff was so damn rude. Ask the guy for a tuna add grill chicken footlong. He put turkey. I said sir I didn’t ask for turkey he said I did. Then I said ok my apologies but can I get turkey. He literally just started putting the turkey on the bread. He took the turkey off with an attitude and throw it back in the pan. Then I ask him did he put the grill chicken on he said yes can’t you see it. I ask him how many trays he put on he said one. I said don’t the footlong comes with 2 trays. ( I guess there foodcost high reason why he short my grill chicken idk ) . I just said let me get my money, that’s when he wanna be nice. This is the employee below in the pic. Took my toddler here at noon on a monday just to get a quick bite to eat. We decided to eat in the store and we were welcomed like family. It was unlike any experience I've ever had eating at such a large chain. The staff was as friendly as I've ever experienced. The man and woman working that shift need a raise.

I ordered their catering for 200+ people for our event. I heard from attendees that the box/ food is too light, and this is what I see pictured. I emailed the manager Dalton about this but no response and no service recovery efforts. Lame service… lame manager. Big mistake ordering a bulk order from this place.

I called on th phone and tried to place an order to be picked up and they wouldn’t take an order over the phone. I haven’t eaten at a Subway in my than 4 years. Thought I would give them another chance. Because they hire stupid people. It will be another 4 years before they get any money from us. Hope you go the Budlight way

I know the employees around lunch time know who I am already lol! They are amazing I always place my order and leave my job walking and 10 mins later it is ready for me to pick up and enjoy! I love the customer service they are very attentive. The employee with the dreads definitely deserves a raise. Even if He has a line of people he always is asking if I need anything even when I wait patiently for him to finish up with the other folks. Food is always fresh and made just the way I like it. Great place for lunch and very convenient since my job is a 5 min walking distance. 5/5 recommend this location.
