The guy who was working around 12:00 was very rude and unprofessional , from my sandwich to his demeanor I’m very disappointed!

Extremely rude staff. The woman working there in particular had an incredible attitude in everything she said, just sounded like she hated her job. But I watched her get obviously frustrated with a customer who she had a language barrier with over one miscommunication about what they wanted on a sandwich. No mistake had been made, the customer just didn't understand the question the first time and she acted like they were doing it on purpose. It felt very awkward in the store as I saw everyone's heads turn as she raised her voice at this person who just didn't understand her.

I couldn't get her name, but this was thursday 12/12 in the afternoon. I hope she at least sees this and knows you can get a job in a kitchen if you don't like interacting with people.

This is my second time coming to this specific subway and both times The service was horrible and the attitude that Joseph, has definitely needs to change. If he is going to be working in food service he has horrible customer service skills, slamming equipment, getting angry, throwing bathroom keys up under the desk. That is very unacceptable. And that should definitely be a conversation. If he can’t handle making subs at a sandwich shop he needs to find a new line of work I understand things get frustrating, but there is no need for all of that he does and again this is the second time I have come here and it has been the same thing so I’m sure I’m not the only one that sees this

Service was good you have 3-4 people behind the counter and they were quick to take order. What gets me I is pay for the meal and it ask for the tip amount for what them doing a job and then I go to sit down tables or not wiped down and there's plenty of workers to get that done. So my tip was correct , heres a tip make sure managers are on top of this more maybe a better tip. Everyone wants a tip for doing there job there wage should cover any tips. Or maybe just doing your job!

This was the worse experience I have ever had at Subway in my whole life. The manager who’s name is “The Name On The Door” had just as nasty of an attitude of the lady that was so nasty to me for no reason but maybe the fact that they got very busy and did not want to work. He was throwing his hands up and being so rude to me in front of a lot a Subway customers. This is my local subway that I go to all the time. The sub was horrible and the situation just made it worse. He kept looking at the customers in way of him being right about me when I was just asking for help then asked for the manager or someone to call. That’s when he introduced himself as “The Name ON the Door”. This is horrible. Would not give me a corporate number or anything. People looking for jobs and Subway chose these two to run this store? This is sad.

I've been here twice now. Before and after remodel. The remodel looks great. Looks like a whole new restaurant. I will say the food was good both times. This restaurant got a lot of online orders and those orders take priority over the people actually ordering in the restaurant. I think the staff needs help because honestly they seemed angry and miserable on both visits.

Came to get a sandwich,Need to use the restroom before ordering.I was told that they won’t let me use the bathroom until I other and pay.So I left.Thank you!Ended up going to Publix and realized I should get my sandwiches from Publix instead,way better customer service, cleaner bathrooms, and THE PHILLY SUB ( the first time I tried here is A PHILLY SANDWICH!!!)
